Restart your phone and if that doesn't help, reboot the device.
Restart the iPhone by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reboot the iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the phone start up.

Tried it again and this time typed in the line /sbin/fsck -fy and then it came up and said HD was okay, but said something about being modified. I once more rebooted, but it still won't get past the login screen. Besides taking long to reboot, as before, I am able to enter my password, but then it hangs up with the rainbow icon rotating continuously. I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.

Can't get past the licensing screen in Premier Element 10. I've had the program for 2 years with no problems at all. Suddenly the licensing window shows up and won't go away. AMD processor - ASUS MOBO - Win 7x64

Out of the clear blue - the Premier Elements Organize "Licensing Agreement" shows up on my screen. I click "Accept" - it goes away - and within 5 seconds pops up again. I can't get past it. I've used the program successfully for over 2 years. Anybody else having this problem? I use Win 7 x64, I have TONS of disk space (read over 570 GB free on "C Drive"). I have 12GB of DDR3 Memory. I'm using an AMD 6 Core processor with an ASUS mobo. All other programs work fine including several other Adobe programs.

In your uninstall/reinstall troubleshooting, have you
a. uninstalled using the usual Control Panel route
b. did a ccleaner run through with its regular and registry cleaning parts

c. reinstall with antivirus and firewalls Off.
I have been doing some searches....any chance you have a RAID configuration change in your computer environment?
Can you right clicked the program desktop icon and select Run As Administrator? If so, please do so. Are you still running the program from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?

How do I get past the license agreement screen on Reader 9.4?

I've just installed Reader 9.4 on my Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop, o/s WinVista HP. I have the same thing on my desktop and have never had a problem. On the laptop, when I click on the Reader icon, I get the License Agreement and the instruction to "Press the Accept button to agree to the License Agreement and continue." Except that there is no "accept button." I've scrolled all the way to the bottom and the last readable text is "Reader_Player_AIR_WWEULA-en_US-20080204_1313" Once more -- where's the "Accept" button?

Master reset...? Your device was jailbroken prior to you purchasing the device. The only symbol you should see on reboot is an Apple symbol. Download redsnow... google it! Download the latest version and your IPSW (ipod restore firmware) it has to be the correct version. And the "just boot tethered" should fix your device.
But that's only if you didnt back the device up. If you don't care about any of the data on the ipod then you can simply open itunes navigate to the device and click the restore button. This will restore the ipod firmware and install a fresh copy. Good luck let me know if you have any problems.

What sort of card are you trying to use on your account ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ?
