The option to update without the computer (Over the air) was made available with iOS 5. If your iDevice is using a version of iOS lower than 5, you will need to use iTunes on your syncing computer to perform the upgrade. Use the Apple link below as a guide for the upgrade.

Try reseting the iPad.
Sometimes that does the trick.
AirPlay icon should be beside the volume when double tapping home button then swiping to the right

You must not have yet installed iOS 5 on your iPad, so there is no "Software Update" button.

I can't find the HDR mode on the camera anymore. Ever since I restored my iPad air which I did today the HDR mode is gone. I think my iPad also updated today to a new version. Someone help!!!!!

HDR turns off if you have the camera facing you. Turn the camera around. If HDR doesn't appear try a reset.

Hi, i try to update my i pad software. For my real estate website, and they sent me a link to update, there are 5 steps to finsh, the 1st step, ask me to the genearl page tp find software download, but there is no tab to show, will u tell me how should i find it and update ?

You have to already be running iOS 5 in order to update OTA with WiFi. You are obviously not running iOS 5 yet. You will need to update via iTunes on a computer, running the most recent version of iTunes. Read more about it here.
