It is in recovery mode. Connect it to iTunes and it will restore it with the update

Your only hope is to place your phone in to DFU mode and restore it using iTunes (if iTunes allows you to).
Search in Google "Force iPhone in to DFU mode" and follow the instructions precisely. -
