You will not lose everything on you phone if you backup prior to updating. You can do it maunaully (simply by syncing your phone with itunes) but when you update iTunes will prompt you do back up your phone anyways. After you've updated you can reload everything on to your phone with the itunes back up.

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is. -
I have a problem that I can not load or even close the download in iTunes, it turns out I have hanging in the mode, and because of that I can't download from AppStore, because it turns out that the other programs I have on standby. What do I do? Thank you.
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I can't download any apps from the appstore. I try to push the 'free' button and it won't do anything. The 'ratings' button won't work either. They literally don't do anything. I checked with those in my family who have iphones, and they are having the same problems.

I cannot download any applications from apps store. When i enter the required information to get the app, it says that my post code is inaccurate. i am from the caribbean but i have purchased my ipod in the US. I have entered a US postcode where i stayed as well and it failed also.
You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store. -

You can get faster help by posting the Mac OS version you have and more details about your iMac. Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu and check the processor.
If it's a G3, no further upgrades are available.
If it's a G4 or G5, buy a retail Mac OS X 10.5 DVD from a source such as Amazon or eBay; Apple still might have copies in stock if you phone them.
If it's an Intel Mac, buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD from the online Apple Store.

I am getting this message sandbox environment error no test user account, when downloading any application from iTunes, friend told me to sign out and sign in iTunes it might solve the problem , and i triyed it but still I cannot login I to my itune account. iCloud storage has absolutely nothing to do with local storage. You need to free up space on the iPad in order to download the movies. You can transfer some content into iTunes and then delete it from the iPad in order to make room on the device.
Settings>General>Usage>Storage is where you delete content if you want to do it in there. -

I've deleted everything and restarted several times, but STILL ovi crashes on opening. In fact, I still haven't seen the software in action! Needless to say map loader doesn't work either ... I thought PC suite was bad, but at least it connected. Any
