HT4623 I downloaded a book a few days ago on my new ipad and it was working fine. today I go into it and it won't open up
i downloaded an audibook a few days ago and it worked fine. Now i go back into it and it won't open up.
Try closing the Music app and reboot the iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

The hdmi adapter no longer works, and I tried it on different tv, different hdmi cables, apple's adapter still don't work. My iOS is 5.1 by the way. HDMI cables work fine for other devices, connect it to my computer, works fine, connect it to dvd player works fine. So what is going APPLE? I splashed out SGD59 for this handy adapter, and it no longer works after a month!!!

Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc. -
I downloaded a ringtone a few days ago and iTunes charged me twice which I am not happy about, not only that I didn't receive the ringtone.
This is probably not the right place to complain but I have tried contacting iTunes support and they said they will be in contact with myself in 24 hours and well its been well over that !!!!
You guys really need a phone customer services for iTunes, I know quite a few people that this has happened too and waiting for days for a response is not good.You are not addressing Apple here at all.

Help! We set up family share a few weeks ago, and it was working fine with the organizer and two additional members. The three of us could see each other on app and iTunes stores and could view each other's purchased items. Then ... All of that disappeared. We cant see each other's profiles any more and we definitely can't view any purchased items. In addition, when we try to go in and jump start by downloading a free app or logging out and back of itunes, nothing works. It seems to show we have family sharing in the iCloud settings, and when we click the Apple ID it asks us to confirm, and we confirm, and are asked if we want to change accounts because then we trigger the 90 day freeze period. And we aren't changing any accounts - just trying to confirm the same accounts to get family share to work! We are all on the same ios 8.1.3 and os, so I don't know what else to try!

A few days ago, my HP printer software updated automatically, everything seemed fine (Mac is running Maverick, my laptop is Snow Leopard). Out of the blue yesterday, my printer stopped printing (neither Mac can connect), I have tried everything. If you have tried the basics restart, reset, restore, then make an appointment at the genius bar. If the iphone is defective then they will replace it. -

You're using Exchange Active Sync to synchronize contacts and calendars with your company Exchange Server. If the default calendar/address books are set to the Exchange account, it will sync automatically. This is normal.
Go to Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars to change the default address book and calendars to a something else, iCloud or something synced from your home computer instead. -
I have no trouble viewing apps in the iTunes Store on my iPad. However, every time I try to install a new app, I get an error message after a while - cannot connect to iTunes Store. This issues cropped up two days ago on my new iPad. Please help...

I just got familiar with my address book on my YouTube channel. I was adding contacts and everything was working fine then out of nowhere I got a Stop Script pop up notice. I am using Firefox. Now when I go to my address book on YouTube it freezes and I often have to use CTL + ALT + DLT to stop it and start over.
Is this a Firefox or YouTube problem? I tried looking at this page on IE and the same thing happens.You are telling us by yourself that is a Youtube problem, because it happens also on IE.
Anyway that may be an issue with your e-mail account. Maybe you have too many e-mails and YouTube gets so busy trying to add all of them. If you hadn't added them already, you could export that directions to CSV and divide the CSV in parts so YouTube wouldn't have so much work. How many directions you wanted to add? -
Downloaded Photoshop trial a few days ago but it has expired already.
I downloaded the photoshop extended trial a few days ago, but when I run it, it says it has expired already. The weird thing is that when I try to redownload photoshop using the adobe download assistant, it says in the top right corner that I have 30 days left.
When I originally went to downloaded the photoshop trial, I was in this page where it gave two options: Download now or join and download now. I chose join and download now.Nothing you can do:

upon downloading firefox I added speed dial . It was working fine for a couple of days but yesterday when I opened up firefox which I made as a default browser because of the speed dial it no longer appears even though it is still appearing as one of the extensions and is enabled

You may be having a problem with some extension or plugin that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
If you detect a faulty add-on, you should contact its author for support. You can also search for alternatives. Site filters are relatively common in the add-ons gallery: [http://addons.mozilla.org addons.mozilla.org]. -
I have a Toshiba Laptop and I dont know the exact model or anything, might be a windows 7...i have no clue. Every other answer is saying to uninstall then reinstall but i really dont feel safe doing that without all my songs externally saved (just incase) and now i cant even get into itunes! However, I took some screenshots and when I went to upload the pictures to my Mac, the screenshots uploaded. So I believe my phone still is working but the screen is just not turning on. I tried holding down the home and top button for ten seconds, even longer, but nothing occurred. I am hoping to find a possible solution so I do not have to buy a new phone. Thank you!
The backlight burned out from getting it wet. You will have to replace the screen at a 3rd party shop, buy a screen and replace it yourself, or make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and do an out-of-warranty replacement for $199 USD.
