HT4623 i downloaded my 1os7 update.....i am stuck on "rescue email"....i enter my apple ID email it says i have to use another one....it will not accept any of my other emails....anyone?

i need help....i downloaded my new software....while trying to set it up, i get to a spot asking for a rescue email....it will not accept my apple ID email, so i have tried entering a couple others with no success....anyone else have this problem????Please help

this is under the apple id security section...it would not let me select not now so i have to use this set up security...i set up my questions and now i am at the end and its asking for the email....

I believe from the situation you describe your iPhone 3g has the iPAD baseband 6.15.00 which is interfering with iTunes. Remember Apple does not allow downgrade of software typically. The current 3g firmware 4.2.1 has a baseband 5.15.04 which is lower than, what I believe your baseband is of 6.15.00. So to install the current 3g firmware 4.2.1 would actually be a baseband downgrade, which iTunes will not allow. So to fix your iPhone you will have to search the Web like diesel vdub said. There are no parts to buy and your iPhone will work again I promise.

Not only this but I can't drag from Itunes and place anywhere on my desktop or onto an external drive. Apple, why are you screwing around with basic functions!? I'm a dj and I need to be able to manage my music files without you ruining my life! FIX THIS!

I have a MG6320 Printer. It will not print the contents of an email, only the outline

I have a Canon MG 6320 printer. When I call up an email in GMail, it will not print the contents of the email, only the words and figures displaye don rails down the side and at the top. Can anyone tell me what I can do to change this?

In order to assist with this issue we will need more information. Is the problem only occuring in Gmail? If so, are you using the print button from within Gmail or are you using the print option under the File menu in your web browser?

Firefox will not load any web page, other programs will. Continuously "connecting"

Firefox will not load any pages, but Google Chrome will. Firefox will 'load' the home page, but with any other site, the tab will continuously circle and say "connecting". I have tried clearing my cache, starting in safe mode, and restarting my computer. So far, nothing is working.

Update..when I open firefox from scratch, the main firefox pages on the home page seem to work. But as soon as I try to go anywhere else, IE going to a website in the address bar or even trying to access the defauly bookmark links, it just sits there loading but never brings anything up.

I have icloud on my phone with an apple id that I no longer use. I keep getting asked to enter the password for this ID. However I can't remember the password.
When I try to re-set the password, a e-mail will be send to an address I no longer use and can't access.
I then try to answer the security questions, but the date of births I enter are not accepted

Welcome to the Apple community.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID, verify the changes, enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone".
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, verify it once again, delete the iCloud account from your device and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Firefox will not open any webpages, but other browsers work. How can I fix it?

Firefox will not load any web pages. I recently ran a registry cleaner/virus scan on my computer and now Firefox 5 will not load ''any''webpages. It displays a "Problems Loading Page" error message. Other browsers still work. I tried uninstalling and re-installing firefox, even restoring to a previous restore point, but nothing seems to work. How can I fix this?

T61-T8300will not stop asking me to reboot, now will not accept any other updates

I purchased the T61 about 2 weeks ago, I immediately allowed it to update my system in productivity center.
I chose all the updates at once and let them run.
Immediately after the updates were done and now, every time thereafter that I boot up it brings up a message: "restarting computer is required: The computer must be restarted before updating can continue: yes/no"
I have restarted it over 50 times and the message will not go away.
I see in productivity center that one update failed to install fully: ThinkVantage rescue and recovery update (4.10.0314.00)
I removed it ( I think) and Add/remove programs, still happens.
System update advised I reinstall it, I did, still happens.
I looked for a system restore point that was earlier than this faulty installation; there was none earlier.
I have requested an update to my system in productivity center and it does not solve it.
I did a reinstall/repair of windows. It did not fix it.
Now windows update is unable to install any updates, The yellow shield advises me windows updates are installing, but they are all failing to install.
I cannot upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0.
I really like the laptop, but I am getting frustrated with this problem

1. i would do a complete system restore, then update your OS through Windows Update.
2. Setting Restore Point
3.Update your Thinkpad Software. Please Note: Some updates requires a specific order to install. Like Hotkey- Wlan- AccessConnectios- Powermanager!!! Notice the install notes in your System Updater!!

TS2634 I can't open email. Keeps asking for my yahoo password. Will not accept any password I put in. When I try to reset, it wants to confirm to an alternate email, which I do not have?

Can you sign in at yahoo.com?
If you can sign in then it's not a password problem.
Yahoo servers have been having probelms with not accepting the right credentals on mobile devices.
The only two ways I have seen this type of issue are to simply wait and keep trying or:
Sign into yahoo.com on a comptuer.
Sign into yahoo.com on the device
Delete the account that you have added and attempt to re-add the account - about a 50% chance the account won't re-add to the device.
If this doesn't work then your back to the first option to wait till it works again.

Mail has correct outgoing smpt address, but Comcast will not accept it for the correct email address. Only on one of the computers (MacBookPro Lion)

Always worked until this morning, and works on a different copy of MAIL on the other computer. When I try to send mail using my comcast email address, as always, Comcast rejects that email address for the smpt address that is correct and has always worked before. I can't find any .plist files for MAIL to delete, either.

One document will not print in color - all other docs are printing fine

I just purchased an All Ine One Officejet Pro 8630. It will not print my proposal forms in color - although invoices and every other document that requires color seems to print just fine. The proposal form is formatted in in old Microsoft Access file. Not sure that this would make a difference because I have had no problems with printing it in the past with color. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

So when you do print, does it come out in a grey scale with various shades of grey instead of the color or in just solid Black and White format? Also, on the PDF front, you can install either software I mentioned and that will allow you to "Print to a PDF File" and then you can at least view the PDF to see if your printing system from Access is outputing in color or not. Just a troubleshotting idea.
