I've got a problem with my IPhone 4 since I've updated to IOS 6.0.1. After the call I'd like to end the call but the picture on the screen becomes magnified
so that you cannot see anything and the screen is not reacting. I need to restart the phone. But 7 or 8 times daily to restart the phone is not really convenient.
Has got anybody the same problem? How can I go back to IOS 5 ? Before the update I was a happy user of IPhone.

Downgrading your ios is unsupported by apple. Go to settings, general, accesibility, zoom off..?

This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451 relates to the 3194 error. Generally this error has to do with trying to install an iOS that is not the most current. Maybe you tried to jailbreak the phone, or downgrade iOS? Any of this apply to you?

Tons of problems with original iphone since 2.0 update
i have the 4gb iphone got it the first week it came out and have not had a problem with it since it came out. I think in the past year i had to restore it twice. Since the 2.0 i have a list of problems.
1. when i turn my phone of it turns it self right back on.
2. The speaker sounds like it is blown it make a bad crackling.
3. I keep getting a message that tells me that my phone is not compatible with this accessory would i like to go in to airplane mode. Even thought nothing is plugged in and with this problem it turn the screen on every couple of min so my battery is dead by mid day.
4. My sound sometimes does not work ex. keyboard or apps.
5. and i have not been able to download apps or from my phone or. i have to delete the app from my phone and reinstall it.
with all these problems i have to restore my phone once our twice a week to get it to work properly. i am at the point of going back to my old phone just so i can have a phone that will work all day.I tried restoring the iPhone as a new one, but since it wont back up on iTunes in the first place after the restore I get an error stating "the last backup on xx/xx/2008 is corrupt" and had to re-enter all new contacts just like when I first bought the phone. This only happened after the 2.0.2 software update...what the he11 did that update do my phone? I'm almost hoping i can return this phone to get my old one back...which actually worked btw.

This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
The command will take a noticeable amount of time to run. Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear, then quit Terminal.

Take this step only if you have trouble with Step 1 or if it doesn't solve the problem.
Boot into Recovery. When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select

I have a big Problem with IMessage
I have a big problem with IMessage. Yesterday I downloaded a new keyboard form the settings and option that says keyboard (Japanese) I deleted the keyboard shortly afterwards and now my IMessage will not let me type any messages. I do not know what to do.
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and sign out and sign back in
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

can someone assist me with a solution to the problem with my iphone 5. I upgraded to IOS 6.1.4 and since then i have had the problem of No Sim. I restored to the factory settings using i tunes as i have my back up on my pc but still the same problem. I have swapped sim and my Sim is working on other iphone with ios 6.1.3
Try a new SIM from your carrier. If that doesn't work, make a Genius Bar appointment and get your phone evaluated.

I have problem with my Iphone 4S, only after updating the OS 7.X. My Iphone battery charge is losing down in a minute. My battery charge is just decreasing from 100% to 10% in less than two hours, without any application works. pls do help me out in this.

Hi - I cannot upload my emails through the mail icon. The first time I tried it only loaded very old emails, I then tried the whole process again and it has not imported a single email. I use hotmail, and have had no problems with my iPhone or iPad. So the only way I can check my emails on my mac is to go through the internet. Can anyone help?

Just recently, I have encountered a problem with my iPhone. When someone calls, I can clearly hear the caller, but the caller cannot hear me speak. Thnksssssss....So you are saying that you followed all of the steps in the support document for problems with connection, including removing and reinstalling iTunes? You do not say what you have tried, so it is hard to make recommendations. If this is the case, then you have tried resolving driver issues? What if you go to Device Manager and look for the iPhone. You should be able to click on it and see about drivers. You can update/reinstall the device driver.

I have a MacBook 5,1 (13.3" aluminum from 2007 or 2008). Automatic updates will only let me get to OSX 10.5.8. Can I upgrade to Snow Leopard, Lion 10.6 or even 10.6.8? Also, will I have any issues with my iPhone if it's updated to iOS 7.1?

You can upgrade direct from 10.6.8 to 10.8 Mountain Lion without going through 10.7 Lion with the Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody. The Model 5,1 will probably run 10.9 Mavricks when it comes out.

Mountain Lion will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly.

Before Mac switched to Intel processors in 2006 they used Power PC processors from 1994 to 2005. Power PC 601 through 604, G3, G4 and G5. Applications written for the Power PC processors need the application called Rosetta to run on Intel processors.
