Firstly, it depends on when you are at the moment. Some countries ban Facebook webpages (like China i.e.).
Secondly, you can choose to download the Facebook app in Settings, then Facebook. Then you subscribe once to access your account whenever you want, so you do not need open the Facebook webpage anymore.

Install Flash Play by default will open Flash Player auto update, if there is a new version Flash player on the web, your browser will prompt to download the latest version flash player. so you receive download flash player message.
if you want to disable Adobe Flash player auto update, please follow this guide.

Flash Player Not Updating?

About 10 minutes ago, I checked the Plugin Checker to make sure all my plugins were up to date. It said that my Flash Player needed updating, so I did that.
However, I checked the Plugin Checker again after downloading to make sure it went through, it didn't, and still lists Flash as Vulnerable/In Need of an update: http://i.imgur.com/tiA64Ji.png
Checking Flash's About page, it seems that I have the correct version?: http://i.imgur.com/RL7rdif.png This version is also the same one listed in the download page: http://i.imgur.com/6xLDOOU.png
So am I up to date or not?

It is a bit of a headache right now as 16.0.0.296 is vulnerable actually however Adobe has yet to release yet another update to try and fix critical exploits that is in older versions.

Which OS and browser you are using and what is your flash player version? To check your flash player version visit Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows and click on check now button.

Apple doesn't "block" that device. They just don't support the Bluetooth profiles the Destiny pen requires. You can see the Bluetooth profiles included in iOS here:

Thanks for your help, but that didn't do any good either. I have been double clicking from the download files, double clicking on the "install adobe flash player", closing the anti virus, closing Safari, watching the install progress and clicking finish. It indicates that "flash player" is installed, but every time I try to view something requiring flash player, it tells me I must download it. It shows up in the "system preference" and from there I can make some changes, but it still won't let me view anything requiring "flash player". It does not show up in my apps like Adobe Reader does. I have verified the sharing folder and also the remote access but it not let me turn it off.

With the multitude of issues you have I would take it to an Apple store or AASP and have them sort it out. Then I would sign up for Apple camp or one on one.

- I never heard that but it may be true. It could be that for some reason Safari can't be used to log into the network. Once logged in, Safari should work fine

That is absolutely correct .Acrobat 9 pro is not compatible with Windows 7 .It might lead to certain conflicts while the downloading is in process .

Just download a fresh installer and see if that works. If it is in the Add/Remove or Programs and Features, then uninstall and reinstall. If it cant, or isnt listed, then just reinstall.
