i have done a ios update but i cant connect my phone to my computer and itunes is not picking it up
Are you running iTunes 10.7 on your computer? It's required for iOS 6.

Thank you for your question. iOS 7 requires iTunes 11.1. First, I recommend trying to obtain the update by going to the iTunes menu and selecting Check for Updates.

I have downloaded an iOS update on my iPad air2 but it has locked the screen and I can only see the iTunes symbol with a white arrow and a padlock below it. I have tried turning the iPad off and on but the same screen reappears. Has anyone had a similar problem?
What that symbol indicates is that your iPad has gone into recovery mode and now it needs to be restored in order for you to be able to use it again. You can reboot from now until the cows come home and it will not do any good.
You do indeed need to plug your iPad into your computer and use iTunes to restore the device.

I have done a system update on an IPone 5 but now the camera isn't working properly
Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)
If this procedure doesn't work, back up and restore via iTunes. If the problem continues, restore as a new device and test. If the problem is solved, there is some kind of corruption in your backup file or maybe it's one of your apps causing problems. If it continues, take it to an Apple Store for evaluation of a possible hardware problem. -

Yeah, i uninstalled itunes then reinstalled it again, just to make sure that i had the latest.
No something odd has happened over night, the battery went flat last night, so i put it on the charger for 12 hours. Then when i took it off this morning for 30 minutes the battery went flat again.. -
I have a ipod 4th gen and it wont connect to my windows computer at all. I've tryed to reset it but its been 10 min and it wont go back to normal. I use the wall plug in to charge it. also it wont charge on my computer but other wise it works fine. I need help!
What have you tried so far in terms of troubleshooting this issue? Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port on the back of your PC? Have you tried a different USB cable?
What happens if you try to reset the device with it still connected to the PC?

I have downloaded an updated version of iCloud but cannot get past the Terms and Conditions pages, notwithstanding accepting them. Further, I cannot get back into iTunes.

well, after about 10 minutes, iTunes decided to download iBooks again this time without error. I synced my iPhone and now it's there. Weird! Must have been a store glitch with that app for a bit.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Had my Nikon D600 recently in for the updated service call. Camera works fine but Photoshop says it cannot open my RAW (NEF) files now? It worked fine before and I have done all my updates.
The only thing I can think of is if you got a replacement D610 as rumored here:

In that case, you would need the new version of Camera RAW or DNG converter as per Camera Raw plug-in | Supported cameras .
The other thing to check is if the files open in the Nikon native ViewNX software. If they don't it's time to call the service center. -

Apps are tied to the Apple ID you purchased them on and not the device so getting them all back is easy so long as you know the account details. To reinstall the apps just use the App Store and use the original Apple ID (account) that was used to purchase them, then re-install. If you setup a new Apple ID on your device when you initialized iOS 5 then go into the App Store app and change the account back to the one that was there before. Then go to update > Not on this iPhone and start installing... -

you must restore i would put in dfu mode if it isnt asking to restore when you plug it in

I've done recent ios update on my IPad (2nd gen.) and now game center has stopped connecting. Just goes to blank white screen. I have synced 4 times and turned IPad on and off several times. when I try to connect to Apple support it tells me that i must have current safari browser. Yet when I sync to my MAC it tells me all is up to date with current ios.
