I have update my iphone 5 software with iOS 7 but after this update it does not accept the charger or neither any charging ?
I need to know how to solve this issue please.

Well when you download the update with iTunes it will always download the whole new version (in your case 7.0.2) even if its just an bug fix. If you already have 7.0 download the update over-the-air.
You already wrote that the update is only 21 MB, so its not the whole firmware package of 7.0.2 you get with iTunes.

I will try am explain what I see: I hooked up my I Pod Clicked on Music checked Sync Music 1909 Songs select Playlist, Artists, albums, and genres checked Include music videos Playlists checked 50's Music checked 70's Music checked 80's Music checked 90's Music checked 2000 Music checked 2010 Music These are songs that I downloaded onto my I Tunes. I bought me a new computer but when my data was transferred from old computer to new computer a lot of my songs on my hard drive were lost, but they were able to save all my songs on I tunes. My I Pod is still connected Clicked on "On this Ipod" Music 938 Songs 2.2 days So my question to you is if I have 1,909 songs on my ITunes how come only 938 transferred to my IPod. I checked my IPod and it shows only 938 songs transferred. This did not happen before until I Tunes asked me if I wanted to update to a newer version. To show the battery percentage used go to settings
from there click general scroll to usage and select
scroll to bottom of page for battery usage select on.
This will show the icon battery and the percent numbers on the top right.
When phone is connected to an outlet sometimes it does not always show complete charge. I do not understand why but it is what it is.

Macafee security center is may be the culprit.
Open Macafee then: select;
Internet & Network > configure
Firewall > Advanced
Programm Permissions > scroll down to Itunes
Highlight (click on)
Then Grant full access to Itunes.
APPLY then OK
When you select store from Itunes you will need to register with Itunes.
Try that or:
Disable your firewall.

Battery shows charging but stuck on 28% and does not hold charge

i am using HP DV6-6107tx, i got a new extended battery from anker which seemed to be running fine untill it discharged while i was playing watch dogs.
now my laptop wouldn't power on just on the battery, everything works fine if it is on charging, but the battery does not hold charge and my system powers off immediately on removing AC adapter. the battery shows "28% Charging" but does not increase or decrease the percentage even after hours of charging both while system is on and off.
i checked the battery in battery test from HP Support Assistant and it says that the battery status is ok, now i have tried the below methods with no luck :
power off and press power button methods.
uninstall and reinstall battery from device manager methods.
battery check from HP Assistant.
updating Bios to F.1b method.
updating the HP Support Assistant.
and all the other methods i could think of or read on HP's site.
can anyone guide me as to what is the issue here ? i don't have another machine to test my battery on, the charging lights are fine except that the light does not change color which it did on full charging the battery. i did try on 2 different adapters.
now if it were a motherboard or IC issue, would it not have said 'not charging' in windows ? in my case it says charging.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Forums.
That you for provided such a detailed post with what you've already completed, for the issue with your battery. I will try to guide you further.
I would like to provide you further documents for troubleshooting, but you've essentially completed what I have for this issue. The only step left, would be to test the battery.
You can do this with another battery, or in another notebook. I know you mention another machine, but if you know someone who does or someone who has a compatible battery. This would test that. You could even see if a local computer shop could test it.
The reason for this, is if the battery is the problem, it's much easier and more affordable replacement. Also, you mention it being new, might have warranty.
The other possible cause to the issue you've touched on, that would be the system board. Testing the above, would just confirm if this is the problem or not. From there you could decide on what you'd like to do.
I know, there really aren't many suggestions here, but I hope this can provide you with the next step.
Let me know how things go, with the route you choose to troubleshoot.

Firefox previously worked fine but after installing new version does not open. Opens in the same day that I install it but not after restarting computer.

A quick search here did the trick and I think I am back in business. My battery was fully charged, I knew that was not the issue, so I held down the Power button and the Home button for 15 seconds and the phone reset and rebooted. All seems well now. I thought it had to be a software glitch, but had forgotten the two button reset protocol.
All seems fine now!! WHew!!
