My iphone 3gs got stuck at apple logo then i repaired that and complete my process and then i coud not activate my iphone 3gs on ios 6
This is usually the result of the phone being jailbroken or hacked to allow it to be unlocked.

Sorry, but we cannot help you with a jailbroken iPhone in these forums. You will have to look on other web sites, perhaps that of the place where you go the jailbreak, for assistance.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.

You asked in your first post if you can legally use this iPhone.
The answer is, almost definitely, no, you cannot. In many jurisdictions, failing to turn in found property over a certain value is called theft by finding. Your Aunt should have turned it in to local law enforcement. I have no way of knowing if Chinese law actually allows for property to be kept if it is found like that, but that's beside the point in this situation. It's not your iPhone. You didn't pay for it. The true owner enabled protections on the device, including Activation Lock.
Apple will NOT assist you with disabling the Activation Lock.

Sounds like you had the phone hacked to work on a network other than what the phone was originally locked to. When you updated the software on the phone it reverted back to the lock which makes your sim unusable.
