HT4623 I just updated my iPad and I am trying to set it back up but all it says is connect to iTunes
I just updated my iPad and after it restarted i can't get it back to my main screen. It just keeps saying connect to iTunes what do I do after that.
I am having this issue now...how did you get it to work?? My ipad says connect to tunes and show a charger and the music symbol. I have connected it to my laptop and itunes is up and recognizes the ipad but nothing is happening!!!!
I cant do anything the ipad wont do anything or let me click anything!

I am at a lost why my iPad cannot connect to iTune store and Apple Store.
This has occurred when I did updating to os 6.1.3. During the update, the installation only reach around 70% complete
When suddenly it says Internet connection was lost. When I check the Internet is quite ok and when I tried to update
It says cannot connect to iTune store. It has been like that since then, mean cannot connect to iTune ....
Can somebody help?Reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.
Then restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't work - Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If still no luck - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. -

I just updated my Ipad to I0S 7.02 like it asked me too. Now i have a black screen Itunes logo and a picture of the plug in cord. I can't get to my home screen. What happened?
You are in Recovery Mode. Follow the instructions below to recover your iPad.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost. -

I have just updated my iPad and now cannot access any apps as they just close down straight away. Any ideas why and how to solve?
Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
I've also seen it suggested that people try downloading a free app from the store onto the iPad (as that seems to reset something), and then re-try the apps - the free app can then be deleted. -

"Our browsing habits haven't changed" - with all due respect, unless you have kept a diary or other record of specific internet activity, you have no way of knowing that. And you make no mention of what was used prior to the iPads to do this, so it would be difficult to make any kind of comparison.
Not only the browsers, but any number of apps on the iPads also access the internet.
You might want to check location services, and potentially turn it off for any apps that really don't need it. Likewise check you mail set up and reduce reliance on Push (I have mine set to strictly manual, but more to reduce interruptions than reducing internet usage) -

In that case it sounds like your DVDs have a physical problem or your DVD drive has an issue reading the DVD,
I would suggest you try making DMG inages of your DVDs, save them to your Mac and try installing from the disk images instead... (Disk Utility reads the DVDs in a slightly different way that can help get around certain physical issues)

my phone keep asking me to sign in to iTunes store and will not allow me to download apps. it sends a message saying "Cannot connect to itunes store" what do i do?
Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections. -

i just updated my ipad to ios 8 but i cant connect to wifi network..its says my password is incorrect although i know my password is correct as successfully updated 2 iphones and connected to same wifi network
I had the same problem. I reset my network settings as iOS 8 on my iPad 3 seemed a bit slow. When I tried to reconnect to the wifi the correct password was not accepted immediately.
after retrying several times it did manage to join the network. The only observation I had was that I had a weak signal and an iPhone next to me at the time.
make sure you are close to the wifi signal away from any other wifi devices.
