HT4623 I keep getting message on my I pad (Your Apple id has been disabled)

Im trying to set up my I Pad..to I tunes and etc. I keep getting a message Your Apple ID has been disabled...I try it on my laptop and other devices and Im able to get into my account (apple) what the ----  same used ID and Password..can anyone PLEASE help me thanks I dont get it
