i have all the serial number of all lost apple products
all products are bought with my name Myo Naing from Apple Thaialnd
when i check in January 2013
my lost i phone 4s is afready activated
How can i know that i phone 4s (serial C39****TDF) location of Activation or I.P address ?

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

Have you backed up your iPhone 5 with iTunes?
If so, you may use an iTunes backup extractor to recover your data from the backup file.

as ar as I know, voicemails aren't stored on your iPhone, your carrier saves them.

I don't want iCloud, never did. Yet it is aggressively asking for me to sign in. Sometimes I cannot cancel and held hostage. I blame Apple for pushing the icloud.
iTunes backs up your phone everytime you sync, if you have set it up to do so.

If that backup contains the contacts you lost, they will be restored. Otherwise they are gone. -
Has anyone else had terrible customer service trying to replace a lost or stolen phone under their warranty plan? How did you get a resolution or replacement phone?

If you can't track it through iCloud, then there is nothing else you can do.
The phone needs to be powered on and have an Internet connection to show up on iCloud.
If the phone was using iOS 7, it won't be able to be restored without your AppleID and password. -

If you had "Find My iPhone" enabled then you may be able to locate it. If not, you cannot locate it. If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPhone" has not been disabled on it.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. -

Only if you installed "Find my iPhone" prior to the loss, you could be able to log into iCloud and erase your device. If you did not install and activate your account in iCloud, there is no other way to erase or locate your phone.
