HT4623 i tried to update my ipod which is the 4 generation and tried to get 6.0 os and it loded for a hour and my ipod has symbol to connect it to itunes but doesnt work!
i tried to update my ipod and i have 4 gen. ipod touch and it loaded for a hour and it failed and now my ipod has a picture of connecting to the itunes on and it wont work!
i've got the exact same problem, have you found any solutions???

My iPad is connected to my computer, but it still will not download newly purchased apps.
Launch iTunes with the iPad connected to your computer.
Select the iPad under Devices in the source list left side of the iTunes window.
Select the Summary tab from the menu.

what should i do please someone help me, I live in UK so how much will it cost to get a screen replacement or will they just replace my phone? but its just my screen so yeah please help. its in a bag of rice and it works fine only the screen is not doing anything and when i press on the screen i see like a white ish blob. will my phone die out or will it just be normal but the screen not functioning

My i-phone cannot connect to my wi fi-all of a suddon. My wife's i-phone 4 is connected to the wi-fi network.
I just tried to connect my daughter's i-phone 5, and could not connect message came up "unable to join the network "Sunday".
My I-pad is connected to Sunday also.
I tried the reset routine, and when I try to get on line, it asks for my password. I put it in and it stll says unable to hoin message.

I have tried many times today to install iTunes 10.5 in order to update to iOS5 on my Iphone 4 however it just wont work. I have a MacBook Pro and when I use the software update it says that I have already downloaded iTunes 10.5 but when I go to install it and it says it is writing the files and the bluw bar is working its way across the page and then becomes very very slow and and at the last millimetre it seems to just hang there and do nothing. I even left if like this for several hours and nothing progressed. I have since tried to update via the iTunes program and the same problem happens. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

by "repair" I mean I went to the control panel, option - programs and features, and in the list of all my installed programs I selected "Apple Software Update". On top of the screen you find the options Uinstall, Change and Repair. I clicked the repair button and that did the trick. After the repair I could uninstall the program. I also uninstalled iTunes, Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support en Bonjour, thus all Apple programs. Then I installed iTunes 10.5 again and everything went fine.

Just bought an ipod touch and it wont sync with itunes. Tried resetting sync history but doesnt work, plus when i try to access itunes preferences it freezes for ages and creates loads of distnoted.exe files?????
Just realised when reading other peoples problems that it is not actually letting me reset sync history???

Alright, so my ipod touch stopped working, but I can still connect it to itunes, but my friend gave me his old nano. I was wondering how I could get my more updated songs from my ipod touch onto th nano. My laptop crashed whitch had all my new music, and im afraid if I sync my Ipod touch to the desktop with all my old songs, ill lose all my newer ones which I dont want to happen because I want them on my nano. Im sorry for the confusing topic im just so lost.
All you have to do is connect your new iPod to the computer that has the library for your old iPod.
When iTunes comes up, click on your new iPod under Devices.
At the top of the Summary Page click Music.
Click Synch Music.
Do the same thing for Photos, Apps, Movies and so on...
Now just synch the iPod. -

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I cannot get itunes to work/install on myPC. I am running windows 8 in a 64 bit machine. I also want to purchase books via itunes for my Nook. Are you deliberately excluding PC owners so we cannot use ituens on our computers???? I have selected a community but have no idea what community I should be working with. Can somone explai these communities to me? Also. you don't allow much time to go thru the sign up process. I had to start over SEVERAL times as you kept timing me out. Jesus...when people are signing up for the first time, we have no idea of the questions that will be asked. Give us a break and give us time to sign up. My sibling was messing with my ipod touch and trying to figure out my passcode. Now it is disabled. I tried connecting it to Itunes, but that didn't work. Itunes kept telling me to enter my passocode. Any suggestions?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6Your iPhone was "unofficially" unlocked by some means to work with a different carrier. Now that you have updated it has relocked to the original carrier. If you do not know who the original carrier was you will need to call AppleCare and give them the model and serial number of your iPhone. Then you will need to contact that carrier to see if they have a process to unlock the phone and if you qualify.

I have the portable BOSE sound dock and after updating my ipod to ios7 the remote control of the dock only works for the volume but doesnt work for skipping songs....Is there a solution to this?
