HT4623 I updated my IPad to the latest IOS -- everything works except I cannot access the App Store -- I can access Itunes -- how do I fix this?

I updated to the new IOS and I cannot access the App Store -- everything else works -- even ITunes -- what do I do to fix this?

1. Make sure internet is working
2. Make sure you are using the latest software
3. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
4. Make sure Time Zone is correct
5. Try restart iPad
