You will have to keep trying. Only the wireless carrier to which
an iPhone is locked can unlock it.

Log out of the old ID, then login using the new one with the correct pw.

ON either device go to settings - message - send&receive - either uncheck or remove the apple id.

Your device is broken. If you want a device that works better than the one you have now, then you'll either need to bring your phone into Apple for out of warranty exchange ($149), or find a 3rd party repair shop in your area and see what they can do, if anything at all.

I have a IPad mini and a IPhone 4s and it says the iOS 7 Update isn't there. I want it to update. At first it did say it on my Ipad mini but I pressed update later instead of update now. Help?

It might be that the servers are overloaded with everyone trying to upload the update today. Wait a little bit and try again later. You might also try restarting your device if you don't see the option.
