HT4623 I updated my iPhone to the new iOs 7 and I cannot log into the cloud????

I updated my iPhone 5 to the new iOS7 and the phone keeps asking me to log into my iCloud account. but when I do, a pop up window asks to Review Terms and I select View Tems vs. the Not Now button and nothing happens. I have turned the phone off and back on and the same thing happens. It asks me to go to Settings and when I do, the iCloud icon is grayed out. I cannot seem to log into the cloud. HELP???

I don't recall where, but if you hunt, you will be able to find an "accept" button.  I think you also need to check a box that says something like "I have read and agree ..."

    I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version.  I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again.  I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again.  My blue tooth doesn't work either.  I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this.  When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue.  My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!!  I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue.  Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it.  Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
    June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple.

    Edit > Preferences > Store check Music under Automatic Downloads.
    Open the iTunes Store from left hand column, then select Purchasedfrom the column on the right, click the Not In My Library button and select the tunes you want to download again.
    That said, you seem to be under a misapprehension as to how iTunes works, or at least how it has worked in the past. It has, until recently, been up to you take care of your purchases once they have been downloaded. You had a one-time download which you were reminded to back up. With the recent change to this policy you can at least download your store purchases again, but having a personal backup of your iTunes store purchases, stuff purchased elsewhere and files ripped from your CDs will still be preferable to gathering all the stuff together again in the event of a disaster.

    Your phone is locked to a carrier.  Only a SIM from that carrier can be used to activate the phone.  Ask the "friend of your mom's" to which carrier the phone is locked.  You'll then need to contact that carrier and see if you are eligible to have the phone unlocked.  If not, the phone is useless to you.

    i Tried to update my 3Gs with the new IOS 5 and now it has the plug into  itunes sign. I plugged it into itunes and it told me its in recovery  mode and it needs to be restored. when i click restore i can only  restore and update it but once it is don extracting the software and  preps it for restore it tells me it has an unknow error. when i hit ok  it tells me to restore it again. i tried all the troubleshooting steps  none helped.     I have spent the better part of three days on this.  Yesterday I took it to the Apple store and they looked at it and tried to DFU (hold the lock button for 5 seconds, then press the home button along with the lock button for 10 seconds, THEN, let off the lock button continuing til the 'connect to itunes' symbol.
    They say that my phone has a bad memory module or logic board.  Funny, it worked fine up until I updated.  Seems to big of a coincidence to not be related.
    The only thing that seemed to get access was using redsnow unlocking tool (my phone is NOT unlocked).  I was desparate to try anything.  I tried to load a different firmware but still no luck.
    I have a blackberry through work that is paid for, so I guess its time to get rid of my iphone plan.

    CHeck Norton or McAfee, whatever security software you have. Remove iTUnes from its list and then re-add it. Make sure everything is added: both iTunes.exe & iTunes Helper.exe.

    i recently updated my iPhone 4 via wifi to the latest iOS, as requested by Apple when they send out the updates! I did it, then it just rebooted and said plug into iTunes. So i did that, then it said I had to restore my phone, so I lost everything...then it said it couldnt do that, so I'm left now with a phone that just has a pic of a USB cable, an arrow and iTunes on it.
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
