Photo stream only keeps your photos for 30 days. After that, they are removed from your photo stream but not from any device that has already received them. Chances are, the 44 photos are from the last 30 days; the others are not there because they are no longer in your photo stream.
If the photos were in your camera roll when you last backed up, restoring to the backup should recover them. However, you will have to restore to the entire backup to do so. If they weren't backed up or imported to your computer, there is no way to recover them now.

My camera profiles (standard, landscape,etc) are missing (under camera calibration) since I've updated to 5.6. I have a canon 6d and my computer is a mac. How can I get this profile back?

Show us a screenshot of the filename in LR that includes the extension of the file.
Right-click on one of these files and do Show in Explorer, then show us a screenshot of the files in the folder that includes the extensions--maybe a Details view. -

Unless you subscribe to iTunes Match , Apple does not keep a backup of your iTunes library. Even then it is not the library as it exists on your computer, but some version of the media, and only media files, not playlists. Even then not all media are definitely available since anything removed from the iTunes Store since you purchased it is not available for re-download.

In your case it sounds like you will have to obtain non iTunes purchases from their original source or a backup you may have made at some time in the past. -

If you bought this music from iTunes you can download it again from within your Purchases in the iTunes App.
Otherwise, razmee is right. you can only sync to one itunes library. If you sync to another one whatever does not exist on the new library will get removed from the phone.
That's is by design to avoid Piracy. As otherwise you could simply transfer purchases to other users. -

Each Apple ID has it's own library in iTunes. If you tried to sync his music to your device, then it will not only wipe your information on your phone, but can affect your sons. Make sure you are logged into iTunes with your Apple ID and restore your device from a previous backup.

I bought a 5 dollar app that didn't do what I understood it would do. Can I get my money back or even a credit? The app I bought I wanted it to zip a file video so I could get the video off my iPhone cause it took up all my hard drive space and it wouldn't zip a file from my phone like I understood it did. So since then I've found a free izip that did what I needed. Is there any way to get my money back and or return the app?F

I downloaded a book from iBooks and it only had 46 pages and had loads of spelling errors. How can I claim my money back? Before the download, it did not show how many pages the book contained like it normally does.

The app worked for 90 days ? Have you tried deleting and (if it's still in your country's store) redownloading the app via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your phone (or sync it back from your computer's iTunes), and if that doesn't fix it then you've tried contacting the app's developer ?

If they really meant that much to you, they would have been copied off to a computer at the earliest possible opportunity.
I personally find it amazing that people get so upset when pictures "accidentally" get deleted and then scream about how important they are. You wouldn't leave important paper work lying around to be lost/damaged/stolen, so why take a chance with important pictures on a device that can so easily be lost/damaged/stolen, or deleted by a child. -
Photoshop crashes all the time and is barely functional on my iPad 2, can I get my 10$ back?
Every time I open photoshop on my iPad 2, it instantly crashes. When I get in, it only lasts for 30 sec. I would likely money back, so I can just get the in app purchases in photoshop express. Then I can just use it on my iPhone, which is a 5, that will have petter processing power and not crash.

Have you restarted your device after this? A device restart can help sometimes.
Have you uninstalled and reinstalled with iTunes over USB? Didn't that help?
Have you tried to shut down existing running applications?
Have you ever been able to start the application without crashing or did it just start happening one day?
Would it possible for you to give me a crash report?

My old PC crashed, I bought a new one. When in I tunes on my new PC, I could not remember my old username and password. I created new ones. Then I was instructed to connect my I Pod to my PC via USB, Then I was asked if it was OK for I Tunes to erase all my data on my I Pod, Yes or Cancell. I pressed Cancell. All my 2,700 songs were promptly erased!
How can I retrieve them? I can't remember my original username and password.

NBUnfortunately, if the iPod data has been erased by iTunes, there is no way you can retrieved them.

If they came with your Mac (pre-Lion), they will be on a gray disk that shipped with your Mac.
If you've misplaced those disks, I have heard that Apple will replace them for a small fee. Call AppleCare.
If your Mac came with Lion pre-installed, you should be able to download the apps from the App Store. From the About OS X Recovery article:
If you erase install OS X Lion or OS X Mountain Lion on a new Mac that shipped with OS X Lion or OS X Mountain Lion installed, you can download iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand from the Mac App Store.
After installation, start (up) from OS X.

I accidentally used factory restored and all my files were wiped. How can I get my files back?
