Launch iTunes. Go to Preferences, Devices pane. Click on a backup and click Delete.

Record about my phone (bought in Verizon store and connected to Verizon for 4 years) has been corrupted and now I can not make any changes to my data plan. Several sessions with the technical support and management have not resolved this issue. Each time technical people and top managers promised that this issue will be resolve tomorrow and they will cal me. Nothing happend!! I can not even cancel my service not just to upgrade it. Alex.Cannot figure out what your talking about since it makes no sense.
If you are the account owner you can go to the My Verizon web portal http://www.verizonwireless.com
You must log in with your cell number and your my Verizon portal password. Not the account pin.
Once there you can change your plan and services. However repeated incorrect login attempts will lock you out of the site. It a fraud prevention measure.
1-800-922-0204 call support with your cell number and or account number and account pin and they can assist you.
If you don't have the information then there is nothing they can do.
If you can verify who you are they may be able to reset your account access. But only if you are the account owner.

I am receiving a message that my ID has been disabled, and I followed the steps to change the password, but still receive the same message. Cannot access app store or do updates.
In what way are you receiving this message? It is very common to get an email telling you that your ID has been disabled, and asking you to confirm all your details so the sender can steal your identity online.....

When I sync my phone it gets to step 6 the does not complete the sync i get a message that says itunes has stopped working and needs to close anyone else have this issue
The same problem here!... My itunes stucks on "preparing to sync" when sync my ipad 2, and stucks on iphone 4 calendar sync...

I received and email from Apple Customer Support that my Id has been stolen and that I am to sign into the link provided and update by changing password. I am not certain that the email came from Apple.
It did not come from Apple. Do not click on the link and do not supply your password. It is a scam. You can report the phishing email to Apple here:
Phishing & Other Suspicious Emails
Once you have done so, delete it.

I attempted to update my iPhone 4 without realizing that I need to sync it with my laptop. My iPhone 4 is now stuck in the connect to iTunes mode and now I cannot use it. Is there a way to reverse this so I can use my phone because I do not have my computer with me?
Maybe it was hacked before and now through the update it's locked back to the original carrier.

The APP Store shows I have 2 updates. When I enter my ID it says that it has been disabled. Yet, I can log into my apple acct. with no problem.

I have an iPhone 4S and recently when i have been trying to sync my phone and laptop it is not working. I connect my phone and laptop via USB cable and then my phone begins to charge. It asks is i trust this laptop and i agree to trust it. Then i go on to my itunes hopeing to sync my music to my phone, but it says there is nothing connected. Usually a tab would come up saying 'Hayleys's iPhone' but now there is nothing there and i am not sure why. Please help!

It sounds like you are not seeing your iPhone in iTunes when you have it connected to your computer, but your phone recognizes the computer because you get the prompt to trust the computer. I recommend the steps from the article named:

My phone is lost – not stolen, and may still be returned. Not long after I lost it, it was switched off, or died (it was at about 6%), so I can't find it using Find My iPhone. I realized I should change all my important passwords, as the passcode can be compromised by various methods. One password I changed was for my Apple account.
Now I'm realizing that I shouldn't have done that. What if the phone comes back online – but my AppleID password has changed; will the phone still be able to connect to Apple with the old credentials so my message is sent?
When I realized this I tried to go back to my old password – but Apple won't let me use one I used in the last year. Any way around this?when you change your Apple iD it's pretty much changing the visual email, i guess that doesn't really answer your question, yes you keep your purchases, it just changes the log-in email and email where newsletters , etc. go to.

I can't figure out what is taking up 17.01 GB of memory on my IPhone 5. I have read in these forums that I should restore my IPhone to its original settings, but I am afraid if I do that I will lose all my stuff. I did back my phone up in iCloud by plugging it into my laptop, but I still don't feel i know what Im doing is 100% correct. Can anyone guide me along? I would greatly appreciate the help.
Yes, when you restore as new everything will be wipe from your phone.
You will need to sync with itunes http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1386 to get back your apps/music and contacts IF you sync with a program in itunes.
I suggest you import your pics to your computer http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 then after you restore your phone, you can sync it back to your phone. -
