You may have an unwanted extension that is modifying sites (or the toolbar area). Try this:
Disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then, if in doubt, disable.
Usually a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Does that flush the tab?
Please report back on anything suspicious you find so others can learn about its bad behavior.

I don't share my account with anyone. In my iPhone settings>iCloud>Notes is turned off. I checked my computer's iCloud notes and none of the other person's notes are on there. What am I suppose to do?

Sign out of iTunes & App Store and sign in with the correct Apple ID.

Connect her iphone.

This is iMessages, not an SMS/MMS, and this means the same Apple ID is registered for iMessage on each iPhone.
You or your daughter need to activate your own Apple ID for iMessage and FaceTime. The same Apple ID can continue to be shared for iTunes store downloads - for music and apps.
On the iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Select the Apple ID at the top and sign out. Sign in with the new Apple ID.
Make sure the same email address is not available below You can be reached by iMessage at on each iPhone.

You're welcome. I use the same Apple ID for iCloud for three devices here in the family for simplicity. To be honest, despite others recommending against it, it makes it easier for me to track the children's phones and we have not had any issues with messages or FaceTime. And, I can track all of the devices with a single sign-in of iCloud and can lock and erase any and all with one login.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

What troubleshooting steps have you attempted to correct this issue? I have a 5s running iOS 8.2 and have not experienced any problems. User troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup and restore as new. Make sure you make a backup of the device before attempting any troubleshooting. If you go through all of the steps, including restore as new and then test the device before adding any content back to it and it is still not functioning correctly, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have the hardware checked. If it functions correctly when restored as new, then try restoring the backup again. If it acts up after that, then there is something corrupt in your backup file. Restore as new again and sync your content back manually.

I have an iphone 4s and after the last software update to ios 6.1.3 I am not receiving some texts sent to me and some of my texts are not received. I have an iPodtouch (not updated still on ios6), that is getting the texts that my iphone isn't and delivering texts that my iphone isn't. I can only use the iPod touch with wifi. This is really likely to be more of a carrier problem than an iPhone problem so I would recommend that you talk to them. However, it would be worth doing a reset on your iPhone to see if that improves things. Do this by pressing the Home button and the Sleep button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so, until the apple logo comes up then release them. The iohone will then reboot. This might fix your problem but if not, talk to your carrier.

I upgraded to iOS 7 the other day and everything worked fine. Today I noticed I can no longer open the iTunes app on my phone. on "start new conversation from" you have to flag you phone no. instead of your mail address.
