i want to download iOS 6.0.2 fro my iphone5 how can i download with thout connecting to itunes
pls kindly help me in this process

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

As Apple said in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod. Not enough RAM
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB

No, the first gen iPad only supports up to iOS 5.1.1 - my first gen iPad got noticeably slower with iOS 5.1.1, I doubt that it could cope with iOS 6

This is the TC password not the wireless password..
Anyway press the reset button for 1sec. that is a soft reset.. all passwords are reset to default.. ie TC password is public if it is required at all.
Then change to a new password via the new iOS utility.
As usual apple are outdoing themselves testing these new releases.. welcome to beta land.

These are user to user forums. Apple does not participate here and does not respond to posts. For the record, since the iPad 2 supports iOS 8 any attempt to update the iPad 2 will result in an update to 8.1. Apple only supports updating to the latest version of the operating system that the device supports.

When I connect the two with my USB cable, the phone connects for an instant then disconnects then reconnects and continues with this loop indefinitely. Can you connect via WiFi? I have not tried connecting with Bluetooth or USB, but since I upgraded to IOS8 I have had issues with my phone properly broadcasting the WiFi. It works very intermittently.

Get an email provider who provides decent spam filtering. I use Gmail (and run my other email through that). If I see two spam emails on my iOS devices a month, that's a lot.
