Main apple symbol when the phone is turning on is stuck like that. It's been like that for the past 30 minutes. What do I do?
Hello amarie2493,
That is never a good time if you can get passed the Apple logo on your iPhone. In order to get passed it you will need to restore it. To do that, take a look at the article to walk you through putting your iPhone into recovery mode and then iTunes will take care of the restore for you. If you have a back up in iTunes or iCloud, then you can put that back on after the restore is complete.

How to delete itunes songs but keep music on ipod when connected
This may sound like a strange request but can I delete all my music off itunes but keep the songs on my ipod shuffle when I connect it to itunes to load on new music?
I use sony sonicstage as my main music holding library as I have a sony large storage mp3 player but use my shuffle as a exercise music player.
Many thanks*can I delete all my music off itunes but keep the songs on my ipod shuffle when I connect it to itunes to load on new music?*
No you can't. The shuffle doesn't have the same full manual management setting that other iPods have, you have to have the songs in iTunes or they'll be removed from the iPod. -
my ipad was disable because i forgot the passcode. it wanted me to connect to itunes so i plug it into my computer when it pop out it said it is connected to the camera so what do i do
Placing your device into recovery (DFU) mode:
Follow these steps to place your iOS device into recovery mode. If your iOS device is already in recovery mode, you can proceed immediately to step 6.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, but leave the
other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds
until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
* If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the
Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off,
release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the
device. The device should turn on. Note: If you see the screen pictured below,
let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some
charge, and then start with step 2 again.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen.
When this screen appears you can release the Home button:
5. If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the following "recovery mode" alert:
6. Use iTunes to restore the device.
If you don't see the "Connect to iTunes" screen, try these steps again. If you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen but the device does not appear in iTunes, see this article and its related links.
Additional Information:
Note: When using recovery mode, you can only restore the device. All user content on the device will be erased, but if you had previously synced with iTunes on this computer, you can restore from a previous backup. See this article for more information. -

f you can't remember the Passcode, you need to restore the device from the computer it was last synced with.

I just updated my phone and it is now stuck with usb cable and itunes logo and itunes on my computer says I have to restore. Can I get my phone working again without loosing my photos?
There is no other way than to plug into a computer to restore the phone. You can use another computer to do so, but in case you did not back up to iCloud your data and settings will be gone.
Follow this article to connect in recovery mode:

It's disabled and tells me to connect to iTunes. But when I do that, iTunes wont detect the iPod.I have put the iPod in USB- mode, and by that I mean I have tried connecting with holding the home button when connecting the USB. Help?
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:
iTunes: Restoring iOS software
To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode. -
