Hi guys, I am pleased to announce, after much caffeine and hours spent finding a solution, that I have fixed my problem. Here is what I did:
If you have this problem and you have CCleaner installed, go to the Startup options and re-enable all start-up programs. If you have any other programs that manage start-up programs then re-enable them under that. Now delete anything files in the Windows Startup folder in the start menu. Don't restart yet... I also went into Microsoft Services (For Windows 7: Start > All Programs > Accessories > Administrative Tools > Services) and switched all services to "Automatic" just to eliminate any problem there. I then restarted and after the long loading time due to excessive start-up programs, I tried opening iTunes and it opened fine.
My start up programs are:
Adobe ARM
Adobe Reader Speed Launcher
Adobe_ID0EYTHM (?)
AVG9_TRAY (Anti Virus)
ccleaner
FileHippo.com
iTunesHelper
msnmsgr (Windows Live Messenger)
MSSE (Microsoft Security Essentials)
QuickTime Task
Others were, Spybot Search and Destroy and Netgear Wizard, but I uninstalled both of these due to errors with the programs and internet connection.
I am guessing that disabling certain start-up programs or disabling processes under Services was the cause of my problem but I hadn't touched either of these at the weekend so I have no idea why this solution fixed iTunes. I hope this thread can help any other users with a similar problem.

Plugged in ipod.. synched.. ejected and all songs were gone.

I just plugged in my ipod, it showed up in iTunes, then i syched 3 new songs onto my ipod. I safely ejected it, and all of the my songs, and playlists and tv shows were erased.. i have no idea what just happened. and i tried to plug it in again to put them back on and it says i need to register it and stuff.

YouTube has been eliminated in IOS 6. You can download the new iPad YouTube app for free in the App Store.
Check Settings>General>Restrictions and see if you restricted the other apps, as they cannot be deleted.
Swipe from screen to screen to look for them as well.
You can also reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout.
If the camera is not working, reboot the iPd.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
You now have to give apps permission to use Photos so go to Settings>Privacy>Photos and make sure that apps that need the camera or photos are set to ON.

Depending on what iPhone you have when you get to the connect to wifi you should be able to activate your device over cellular data. Try doing a hard reset by holding the home circle button an power button until an apple pops up and the go through the setup again and when you get to the wifi part a option should be setup with cellular data iPhone 4 and above should give this option sometimes doesn't like showing up that's why u have to do a hard reset first

If you have failed to make sure that any apps purchased on the iphone were transferred to your computer before updating, then you will have to redownload.

In regarding of the issue, I need more information:
Which Office and operation system do you use?
Does the other Office suits encounter the issue?
Does the issue occur in some special documents or every documents (even a new blank Word document)?
Do you get some error message? Please upload some images about it if you can.
Let's try some methods, check if they are helpful:
a) Delete the Word Data registry subkey.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

The official way to do it is to restore the iTunes library that was on your old computer to your new computer using the backup of your whole system you regularly update. Then you are syncing the phone with the same old library.

7.29.2013 - iPad2 begins to randomly open and close apps and also the screen changes from bigger to smaller repetitively when the apps are randomly opening and closing. Nothing occurred with the device to indicate why this started happening; it was not dropped, etc.

If still problem:
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

You mention that you have tried restarting, but did you try a reset?
Simultaneously hold down the Home and the On buttons until the iPad shuts downs. Ignore the Off slider should it appear. This will take ten seconds give or take. After the sut down is complete, press the Onn button to restart. NOTE: this is different from simply shutting down the iPad.

When you connect the iPhone to sync with the new computer, a number of things will happen. If the new computer/iTunes does not contain any music, then yes, you will receive a prompt saying this iPhone is synced to another library, and if you continue, you will lose your music. However, you risk losing a number of other things, such as apps, contacts and calendar data. When you ask about photos, any photos that you have on the iPhone that were synced from the previous computer would also be lost. You need to save the photo folder from the old laptop and transfer that to the new desktop. You also need to sync the contacts and calendar to the same supported application that you were using in the past, such as Outlook, unless you are using an outside web-based sync, such as Google. Also, when you first connect the iPhone, it will make a backup, or at least make sure that it does before you attempt to sync, or you will not have a backup of some of the other things, such as mail settings, SMS, and the contents of the Camera Roll. I would import the photos from the camera roll to the new computer before trying to do anything else in iTunes.

It appears that you have the CS. What new OS do you have. If it is Win 8.1, you may have to purchase a new version of Acrobat for that system. Folks have succeeded with AA 8.1 on Win 7, but I have not heard of any successful installs on Win 8.1. As for the issue you have with the new OS, you do have to follow the CS install process that is different than the stand-alone Acrobat (there are some posts that discuss the process if you search).
