After I go into my iphone 4s and I go to Appstore and check my purchased items non of my purchases show up.
When i click in appstoreI> updates> purchased it either starts loading or crash.

iPhone 5 was updated (version unknown), and now screen shows 'Connect to iTunes. When we try to do this, we get message 'iTunes could not contact the iPhone software update server because you are not connected to the internet'.

Yes, the reason you are getting the error is the phone cannot provide internet for the laptop and then update itself. It would lose connection as you erase the firmware and try to update. You need to connect the computer to the Internet in some other fashion before you connect the phone to try and fix the update problem. As Ocean20 says, and I completely agree, how would you think you could use the Internet connection of a device that is not only going to turn off and on, but is going to get completely wiped of firmware and restored? It would completely remove the device from the equation here. Does that make sense to you?

I have updated my iPhone5 to ios7 & have also updated itunes to the latest version. After the update itunes is not even detecting my iphone.
I am currently using windows 7 professional. I have also uninstalled & reinstalled itunes multiple times. Even tried restarting apple device servies on my laptop.

ITunes Podcasts not showing iPhone 4 list correctly

I download The Mike OMeara Show podcast everyday to iTunes on my Win7 laptop everyday. I then sync the podcast with my iPhone 4. However, when I look at the iPhone Podcast in iTunes, it does not show all the podcasts that the iPhone actually has. Any ideas on correcting this? It is not a big problem, the iPhone shows the right available podcasts. However, it is annoying.

Camera Roll not showing up after updating to 8.1

I know the 8.1 update was supposed to bring the Camera Roll back to the photos app, but it is not showing up for me after updating. I am looking in Albums section of the Photos app. All I see are All Photos, Videos, Slo-mo, Recently Deleted, and my personal albums. Anyone else having this issue or knows how to fix it?

Mac Itunes 11 not showing iPhone 4s

I've tried turning off my iPhone and restarting it, unplugging and then replugging, closing iTunes then plugging my phone in to see if iTunes opens, opening iTunes myself and plugging my phone in...etc. Nothing is working? What is wrong with it? I'm trying to add songs to my iPhone but the "Devices" button that is supposed to be by the "iTunes Store" button is not there. Also, when I go to File --> Devices.. everything is greyed out.

Restarting my laptop and opening iTunes myself with my iPhone plugged in fixed my problem.

ITunes keep saying restoring iPhone after updating to iOS 5

I have just upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 5. After updating, my iTunes keep saying restoring iPhone apps. Now I can use my iPhone but without my previous apps. I have also tried closing iTunes and open it again but it still says restoring iPhone apps as soon as it detact my iPhone. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? By the way, I am using Windows.

I had the same issue with my iPad. The iPad itself thought it was fully updated (had taken me to the iCloud set up etc) but iTunes insisted it was still restoring apps. I closed down iTunes each time via the task manager.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, which didn't help.
What I did in the end was disconnect the iPad while iTunes was still running - without any attempt to eject it. When I then plugged it back in, it came up with an error message along the lines of "An attempt to restore this iPad was interrupted. Do you wish to continue attempting to restore?" I hit cancel, and I was then able to do a manual sync as normal, and all my app data was restored.

ITunes does not recognize iPhone after reboot

Windows XP SP3, iTunes 10.6.1.7, iPhone 3g v.4.2.1
Running on a Windows XP machine, iTunes will not regonize any one of 3 iPhones plugged in to any one of 4 USB ports using any one of 3 different USB cables.
If I uninstall, then reinstall iTunes from its setup file, all the iPhones are recognized on any USB port with any cable and all can sync successfully with no errors.
But, if I reboot the machine, iTunes no longer sees any of the iPhones plugged in to any of the USB ports again even though they appear as devices under My Computer and you hear the normal two tones indicating successful device connection. The only way to have the iPhones appear in iTunes is to uninstall and reinstall iTunes again each time after the machine is rebooted.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what could be causing this and how it can be fixed?

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried stopping and restarting Apple Mobile Services, Bonjour and iPod services but it had no effect. The problem still remains - everything works for all 3 iPhones immediately after reinstalling iTunes but none of them can connect with any of the USB cables after a reboot. This problem is still present as of upgrading to 10.6.3.25.
BTW, I do have other choices. I can become disenchanted with the product, use it less and less, then eventually migrate over to some competitor's product.

When I sync my iPhone 4 (iOS 7) with my computer, the iTunes does not show "iPhone" button right beside the "iTunes Store" button.

Also, iTunes does not detect any device connected to the computer.

Did text from your sister ever show up on your iPhone? If you already read it on your iPad it will not (should not) show as a new text on your iPhone. Once read on one device it will show as being read on all your other devices...

IDevice not showing up after updating iTunes?

This issue has popped up for me (and my iPad Air device) a few times whenever a new version of iTunes is released & I've gone and updated to it. Just another little bug for Apple to fix at some point, I guess.
If it happens to you, Follow these simple steps below:
1. Close iTunes fully
2. Download the latest version of iTunes from here: http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/download/
3. Open the iTunes Setup downloaded.
4. Click REPAIR, and next.
5. Once it is finished, restart your computer.
6. Open your iTunes, and plug in your device.
Done. Your iDevice should now show up as normal.

ITunes Won't Show up After Updating?

Awhile after I updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7, I went to go to my iTunes app. When I try to go it, it will show up for about a second, then blink away. I tried to reset my network settings, and that still did not work.. Are there any ideas on how I could fix this?

Delete iTunes following this set of instructions http://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT1925 and reinstall iTunes from a fresh download.
Make sure you follow the sequence of uninstall processes before reinstalling.

Calendar not showing up after update?

I just did a software update and now my events aren't showing up on my mainscreen. I have it set on the "Today" theme so that my events show up on my mainscreen. After my update, they aren't showing up. I have a Pearl 8130. Any ideas?

Not sure if this is related but...(and I am on a MAC)
I just updated my BB9000 (running 4.6.0.167) to the new Desktop Manager Software v. 1.0.3 and when I completed my sync all of the data that HAD been in iCal has been wiped. Thankfully it is all still on the BB but I am stumped as to what has happened? I had been successfully using the two way sync mode by making sure I made NO updates to my desktop since for SOME reason RIM refuses to have an "overwrite (or replace) MAC data with BB data" option when syncing.
Is there something fundamental that I am missing here? Why won't the BB data show up on my iCal Calendar?
