My iPad has sound distortion what can be the problem and solution. I have the latest version of the Software.

To solve some sound problems, just follow these simple steps
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on General
3. Tap on Reset
4. Tap on Reset All Settings

I had the same problem with my phone, its a 3gs, out of no where my laptop stop recognizing it and wouldnt charge either, i got worried because i had all my pix and videos on my phone and didn't have a copy, so i started searching on the internet for an answer to my issue, bought extra usb cables, used different laptops and nothing worked .. Try leaving it plugged in and then restart the computer.

After my Macbook has been on for a little, the light goes out on the screen. When I start to close the screen the light comes back on. I can hold it in this position and keep typing/reading indefinitely.any idea what is the problem?

After my Macbook has been in use for a little while, the light goes off on the screen as if the computer is off. Then, as I start to close the screen, it comes back on fully. If I push it back open it cuts off again. So, I just leave it part way open and turn the laptop at an angle so that I can continue to see the screen & type. It acts like there is a short. Any idea what the problem is?

It does sound like you might have a faulty video connection. See if you can make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store.

Well, firstly, you have posted on the wrong section of the forum. This is an iPad discussions. Anyway, regarding your issue, try to reinstall the iOS. I've never heard of iOS behaving like this. However, jailbroken iOS mayhave some wierd behaviours because of the access granted to the apps.

try these things
-reset your network by going setting> general>reset>reset network setting
-toggle airplane mode on and off
-then back up your information and then restore as new.
-still no service then if your within your limited warranty apple can replace it for nothing if not it is 199$ for replacement

You could check "Resize to Fit" and specify the exact dimensions you want in the Lightroom Export dialog box.
But a word to the wise ... don't bother ... there is a maximum size that Facebook allows for photos, and you'd be wasting your time specifying anything reasonably large in Lightroom's Export dialog box.

Music disappearing, sound distorted - any ideas?

Hi - over the last week or so, gradually my music has been disappearing (and pretty much all the stuff I have been playing most recently), not just from iTunes but from my harddisk as well. On top of that, for an increasingly larger portion of the remaining music, the sound has become totally distorted; it sounds like it jumps and gets stuck (without actually skipping though).
I have obviously scanned for viruses or spyware, but no luck. Any ideas???

Similar problem here, i still have all my files, just that all the music that i ripped from a while ago is now distorted. The only music that plays clearly is the music i most recently ripped.

HT4773 I have upgraded to Lion and I have a new Apple keyboard, however none of my function keys work correctly. Any idea what is the solution?

I have upgraded to Lion and have a new keyboard. The problem I have is that the function keys are not working correctly - none of them. F1 -> F6 are not working at all and F7 - F12 do what F1 etc are supposed to do. Any ideas for a solution?

That message is telling you to update iTunes on your computer, not your phone. You need iTunes 11.1 on your computer in order to sync your devices.

When I make a call a loud electrical or screaming noise is all you can hear what would the most probable cause?

If you can listen to the other person on loud speaker, means your earpeice got damaged.
If you have warranty (1 year is basic, upto 3yrs if you bought an extended apple care), you can take your iphone to any apple store in the world for a free repair, yes, apple warranties are international.
But usually they replace it with another new phone.
So make sure you update your phone and backup everything on your itunes.
Even if you're ot of warranty, you can get it fixed from apple by paying extra.
For now you have to use headphone or loud speaker

It seems after I do a sync, some of my songs are cut off after a few seconds of playing. This has happened several times. What is the problem?

Every now and then (I think it is after I do a sync) my songs cut off after the first few seconds. I went back to itunes and check the song and now the song can't be found. Or, the song cuts of there also.............The songs played fine up until this point. This has happened several times in the past year.

To delete all music from the iPod go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
In iTunes on computer right click on select delete.
To redownload iTunes purchases:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
