Juat got my i phone 5 today and have opened an apple accout but it wont let me download apps etc just keeps asking for a password over and over again???

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

I have a few issues going on...... My i touch is a few years old. The battery wont hold a charge, I can not plug it directly into the computer... not a strong enough charge.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

My iPod touch wont let me buy anything, i've beem using this account for a couple of years and now it says that this is the first ime this id has been used on my device... it's not.... and to sign in and answer security questions. i cant remember the answers to the questions. I tried updating apps on my iphone. When I click update all it acts like it's going to download. Then it tells me there's an error. I put in my billing information but it still won't download them. I don't know what to do.

i've literally tried everything, I would restart it but I have valuble pictures and i can't do a backup because the same problem will happen.

It sounds like your available free space is not reporting properly. I would start by quitting the Settings app:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.

If it says your billing info is wrong that means that your credit card issuer is refusing to approve your account. You will have to solve the problem with your bank or credit card company.

If you have an existing ID, but no credit card to associate with your account, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a NEW ID by following the directions here:

You can create a new Apple ID without using a credit card for download free apps by following this guide: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Follow it exactly as writtien. Note that you have to download and try to install a free app and then create the ID.

My iPad wont let me download apps it just keeps saying waiting.
1. Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
2. If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
3. You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
4. You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
5. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons -

- The IPod need between two and three time the file download size to download and anstall an app.
