Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice
1. Tap Settings;
2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;
7. Select the region where you will be located;
8. Tap Done.

Try going into your account details on iTunes, change your info there, then sync your devices.

Go to:
Settings (gear icon)
Scroll to General (gear icon) (Third option box from top)
Scroll all the way down > Select Third option from bottom (international)
Select first option (language)
Select English
Select Done -

UK based iPad switched to US App Store
As of two days ago, the iPad will only connect with the US App and iTunes stores with which I am not registered, being UK resident. It tells me to switch to the UK store,but doesn't tell me how. Can anyone help, please?

Please help! My iPad mini has two different apple ids. My Apple ID in the general settings part and my family's id in the App Store. I need to fix it so that it's just one Apple ID and one password.

If you can't find it and it hasn't been restricted as suggested by stedman1, You can reset the home screen layout and the icon will reappear - but the home screen will return to the way that it looked when you first activated your iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. -

You can not delete the App store.It may have gotten moved by accident. Check on other pages or in folders (if you have them). If you cant find it:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
Also check your restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions -

It can't be deleted, it's one of the built-in apps. You've checked all your homescreen and app folders for it, and is it hidden by Settings > General > Installing Apps being set 'off' ?

Find the App Store in your Applications folder.
From the Finder menu, Go > Applications. Drag the App Store icon to the Dock. -

If your daughters Apple ID is displayed when trying to update apps, that would indicate that the app was originally purchased from her account, in which case you cannot update somebody else's app. -
