okay i have iphone 3 gs i try put my passcode but i lock it now i cant out locked say connect itunes for disabled how can disabled some can help me....
Connect it to the computer it was last synced to and use the Restore button on the iPhone Summary screen. This will restore the phone and remove the passcode.

Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iPhone.Did you get an email from vodafone confirming that the phone is unlocked? Did you put a SIM card in the phone? Did you complete the unlock process as detailed in the email? Did you restore your phone as new?

Reset, hold at same time Home and Power buttons until the iPhone restarts itself. If you have a screen protector on, consider removing it.

That usually means the phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock the phone and when you update the phone it locked back up again.
Only way to resolve this issue, is to find out who the orignal carrier was and have them unlock it. If you bought this from a 3rd party contact the seller and have him/her unlock it for you by contacting the phone carrier. -

Tell her to select Restore under the Summary tab for the iPhone sync preferences.

If you haven't been doing this, your contacts are likely gone. -

But, first step with 3GS white screen and most iPhone problems is Reset, hold both home and power buttons until iPhone begins to restart itself, usually about 10 seconds of holding both buttons. If still white screen.
