HT4623 my iphone 4s is stuck on the itunes and usb screen cant reset
my iphone 4s was in the middle of updating when it froze and now its stuck on the screen with the itunes icon and white usb sign icant reset it i have tried holding down the 2 buttons to reset but the apple sign comes on then it just goes back to the itunes screen can i reset it any other way i even re downloaded itunes itself

Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with Lightning Cable. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes the iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click the Restore button of iTunes. If there are any problems with this, you have 1 year Warranty with Apple. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send to Apple for resolution.

Try updating my ipad 2, pop up with error 1602 and now my ipad is stuck with the itune and USB icon on the screen. I tried to restart it, but screen still comes up the same.

My iphone is in recovery mode, the itunes and usb cable symble displayed, does this mean that all data is lost or is there some way to recover the data on the phone.
Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

While trying to update my Ipad to the new operating systemm my screen is stuck on the "Terms and Conditions" screen. I tried touching the "agree" button and the "send my email" button, but nothing happens. I can't get out of the screen without missing my full update. Please help.
completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good! That's what i did so should work for you too

First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

plugged in brand new ipad that is still showing the 'itunes' and usb lead as a sign to connect to itunes before it will even start up and my computer is detecting the Apple IPAD 2 camera but Itunes is not picking it up? whats going wrong?
If you're really trying to use Windows 2000, then that's the problem. As you'll see on the box, you need at least XP/SP3.

USB connection to iTunes. Back up your 3GS with your last 3GS back up. DON'T use an iPhone 4 back up or higher. It will cause exactly this.
