Have you tried any troubleshooting steps, like resetting you iPhone, for example? Or restoring it?
If not by all means do so because your problem could be caused by software glitches that could be solved resetting or restoring.
Warranty is for one year from date of purchase and two years if you bought Apple Care at the time of purchase. If your iPhone has a hardware issue within warranty, it would be replaced by Apple. If it is already out of warranty, you might be eligible for an out of warranty replacement where you pay a much lower amount but this varies according to the country and currency, so it is better to check with Apple or with an authorized reseller.

What do you mean by 'doesn't work properly' ? You've tried the 'standard' troubleshooting to see if any of them fix whatever the problem is e.g. closing apps via the taskbar, soft-reset, restoring to your last backup, resetting back to factory defaults ?

Updated to ios 7.1 now my iPhone 5c music player doesn't work properly?
I bought an iPhone 5c last night and everything worked great until I updated to ios 7.1. Now my music player only works using the earphones. It won't respond if I try controlling it on screen.
Try these steps as needed:
1. Reset the phone: Press both the home and power buttons, releasing when the Apple logo appears (no data loss)
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
3. Restore the iOS using iTunes, aslo restoring a backup
4. Restore the iOS without restoring a backup
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings -

When I plug my iPhones cable into it it does not normally start charging, I find if I wobble the cable or push it to the left or right it begins to charge the phone, but even then the connection isn't great and will randomly disconnect and reconnect. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Plug it into the charger for at least 30 minutes.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

Just thought that I'd report that I've decided on my solution.
It seems that just making do with what I can find on the US store is the easiest and perhaps also the best way of going about it. All other methods mean trouble. I'm lucky that China hasn't outright blocked the US store, as they HAVE blocked iTunes music store in China already (something about a song about Tibet caused them to block the store entirely).
So yeah, just going to deal with it I guess. I should be grateful I'm getting anything at all, considering the country I'm in. Still, I just feel so ripped off sometimes when I pay for expensive devices and I can't even get much out of them do to my region. iPhones cost around $700 in China because there's no company like AT&T that you can just sign a contract with to get one, so you have to pay up-front for the phone, and get less features out of it in the end. Makes buying smart phones look like a waste of time and money sometimes, since you can't use the device to do what it was built to do due to censorship and not having any content for your region (though they do have a lot of Chinese apps that I can't use due to not knowing Chinese). -

I have an iphone 3GS and I have upgraded it to iOS 6. Since then it doesn't work properly.
Every now and then it has been restarting by itself and requiring restore. When I connect it to itunes it restarts again and again without letting me take any action. Is there any solution?Hey, There are afew things you can try.
- Simply turn your phone off and back on again
- Hold down your home button and your lock button and let goes as soon as the screen goes black (Phone will power down) - Then turn on your phone and hey presto!
- Back up your iPhone to your PC, then restore it..
this ones last cause I think you may have tried it already..
- Close all open applications
