HT4623 My Iphone is stuck at the terms and conditions screen.
No matter what I push "agree" or "disagree", it will not proceed
I have tried restoring the phone, but I can't proceed with that until "find my iphone" has been turned off. I turned off "find my iphone" in icloud.com, but that message is not getting to the phone, because the phone is not connecting because the operating system is not activated becasue I can not accept the terms and conditions. arrrhhh!

completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good! That's what i did so should work for you too

While updating my ipad to ios7, I could not pass the terms and conditions screen where I had to agree or disagree. It just didn't move pass that screen. I can't do anything to go forward or back. It's just stuck there.
Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally. -

The itunes store will not let me accept the terms and condition policy by email. I am stuck and not some of the application are not usable. Thanks.

I have an iphone 4S and I wasn;t able to purchase an app for it because I wasn't able to accept the new Terms an Conditions section. When I reched the last page of the Terms and Conditions, there wasn't an accept button or section, therefore I wasn't able to complete my purchase. Please advise.

First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

After trying to add iOS7 I am stuck on the Terms and Conditions page
I am unable to advance from the TErms and Conditions page and have selected Agree, Send by EMail and anything I could select and it does nothing. was working great before the suggestion to add this on
Tjhis problem is typically resolved with a reset.
The reset did not work?
Did you hold both buttons without letting go until the Apple logo appeared?
If so then you will need to connect it to iTunes and restore. -

You must scroll down until you see the Agree button. Even after you Agree, another pop-up may ask you to Agree again.

So I have been tryign to update to the newest IOS on my Ipad 2 and I cannot get past the terms nad conditions page. It just stay at this page and doesnt go any further. I have tried a reset and even gone as far as a restore. Still will not update.
Try some basic troubleshooting:
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
(C) Setup as new (data will be lost if you do not have backup)
Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings -
HT4623 Terms and Conditions screen hangs when updating to iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 5c
I have iOS 8.0 (12A365) on my iPhone 5c. The phone has 32 GB, 16 GB available.
Tried to update to iOS 8.0.2 over the network, but after touching "Agree" on the pop-up from the Terms and Conditions screen, the Settings app froze. The screen did not close, and everything on it became un-responsive. The home button still worked, and other apps still worked, but I had to reboot the phone to get back to a usable Settings app. I'll try updating via iTunes next. Meanwhile, has anyone else had this problem?FWIW, updating via iTunes (11.4 on Windows 7) worked
