HT4623 my phone is not working help
i need help. my phone is on the set up screen when u first turn on a new iphone. but ive had it since januray 2011 . it told me to restore it so i did but i also had to update it before the restore so i did then a screen came up on itunes that said there is somthing wrong with your device. and the itunes file for my iphone normally says marcos iphone but this time it simply said iphone. i feel like ive had it for awhile and its like family to me. hahaha

we moved our phone we need help because it does not work when we reconnect... Comcast phone call disconnected twice from my cell phone. And now it rings busy - phone number 800-934-6489 and 800-266-2278. We called again from another cell phone and are not being connected to an agent after 3 minutes.

So, I called today to see if I could upgrade, as my contract for 2 yrs is up on Feb 20th. I've replaced the Droid once already. It was broken, just not by me. Now the thing won't even work, at all. I need this phone as I work for a major company and we use these devices at night to contact one another.
Anyway's, Rep 1 transferred me to Rep 2 saying "Rep 2 has more authority than I". Rep 2 immediately began finger pointing. Basically, said Rep 1 didn't feel like dealing with my situation. So, he was angry, talking fast, and would not "HEAR" what I needed to say. He offered me a few idea's but in the end said he would not / could not help me, although my phone is NOT working, AGAIN.
I told him I would probably be going to another provider, he then began to berate all other provider's. Gosh I hate when CSR's do that !
So,looks like I'm outta here, and this saddens me. I KNOW he could've helped me, he chose NOT too.
9 years I have been Faithful to this Company. This is the thanks I get? Man, this is so Wrong, on so many levels.
I am sure of one thing: Another provider would be happy to have me as a customer.Your experience sounds terrible, mrpontiac225! I regret our failure to leave with any impression that you are anything but valued. We don't want you leaving us under any circumstance. What is the problem with your device? Is it a Droid Charge? What are the symptoms?

unless purchased at an Apple Store or Apple.com/UK
At this time no UK carriers are offering to unlock iPhone 5 locked to their network
They usually wait 6-9 months from release
So unless purchased at an Apple Retail store at full price your iPhone 5 IS carrier locked

I just down loaded the latest version to my iphon5s. Everything seemed to go well. Now the phone will not work. The screen has the iTunes icon on it with a arrow showing to plug in. its locked up wont do anything . Turned on and off , the same picture shows up ...help please
Your phone has entered recovery mode. You will need to connect it to a computer with iTunes and restore it to factory settings. Hopefully you have a backup (either iTunes or iCloud) to restore from.

Hello, my name is brad and I recently had a voicemail app that I was using and now i got rid of it. But now my voicemail for the phone will not work. I tried to reset the network settings and nothing happened. I was wondering if you could help me out?
When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hope this helps you out.

for the first time i bought this iPhone, i was enjoying it....i updated it with iTunes from older version to newer version and after installation when it was updating my iphone then suddenly message appear on my pc an error occurred.....n my phone is not working.... :-( what should i do?? m helpless...no support from any side....
and now its not even restoring back....showing me error's
m getting very irritated and unable to sleep jst because of all this crap....
instead i lost 1gb internet data in downloading the updatei tried restoring itz saying error occured 2008 :-(

I bought iPhone 4S from Kurdistan Iraq while I worked there now I retired and came back to my country India. Few days ago the rear camera of my phone is not working, it's shutter is not opening. It's less than a year I bought it. What to do now?
First try one of these methodes:
Try to restart your iPhone
Hold the power button and slide to turn off, then turn it on
if you still have the same problem then try the second methode:
Reset Settings of your device:
Settings>> General>> Reset >> Reset All Settings
Make sure you reset only your settings and NOT any other Contents
if you still have the same problem, so it seems to be a hardware issue, take it to the nearest Apple Store.

The mic on my iPhone4 has just quit also. Similar symptoms to yours in that people I'm talking to hear only static or my voice very faintly. The voice/memo recorder also only really records static.
It happened suddenly and seemed to get better after a day or two but then went completely after another day.
I'm returning it to Vodafone New Zealand shortly but will have to wait 5-10 days for a replacement. There are NO Apple accredited means to speed this procedure up in NZ.
We don't even have a single physical Apple Store where you could walk in and talk to a Genius. -
I have iOS7 on my iPhone4. I turned on the Voice Over option and now my phone is not working at all. At first it was freezing and not accepting any commands. Now all I have is a blank sceen. I can't get back into it. Any ideas what happened here?

I was told it would take till the 5th August to repair! Come on BT You must be joking!! I am an older person have health issues i am aslo very nervous of where i live...SO PLEASE somebody help me to get my phone sorted out much more quickly..Thank you so much.

How do I report a fault if my phone is not working...
How do I report a fault if my land line phone is not working? The BT website seems to assume that at the very least the broadband line is working but this is often not the case. Please could you make it crystal clear what phone number to call to report a fault? (e.g. if calling from a friend's phone or a mobile).
