HT4623 please help i cant get my software upgrade for ios 7 there is a one in the software upgrade box but all it says is checking for updates
cannot up date software to ios 7 so i can get certain apps all it does is say checking for updates
Here are some options:
1. turn off your device completely for at least 30 sec
connect your device to your computer
update using iTunes in your computer.
2. If the first option fails, try resetting first the settings (setting>general>reset>reset all settings). Once done click on settings>general>software update

I was getting a numbered error message and followed the instructions on: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Desktop-Software-for-PC/Error-Code-0x8004fd2b/td-p/96430, as it had worked for everyone else on that thread. Unfortunately for me, it caused a different problem (and I'm still not able to sych).
Now when I go to sync, it says: "your organizer data isn't configured for sychronization" then it says "click configure to ..." but when i click configure, and then click configure settings (under synchronization settings in the organizer tab) , it just says "operation is in progress. please wait" but after 1 second it stops and nothing else happens.
I just went from 5.0 to 6.0 thinking it would help, but no luck. T-Mobile customer support is of no help. If it says your billing info is wrong that means that your credit card issuer is refusing to approve your account. You will have to solve the problem with your bank or credit card company.

You have Jailbroken your device. Apple does not support Jailbreaking and as such having done so has voided your warranty and forfeited any support from Apple and by extension these forums. We are not allowed to discuss Jailbroken devices in any way by the Terms of Service of the forum.
You will have to find help elsewhere. Ask the person that installed Cydia to restore the phone. -

In the below link I can see the product Oracle 10.2.0.5 - 64 bit (Itanium). I have tried to download and install in the server but I received in-compatible error message.

Which means, do i need to install 10.2.0.4 and then to upgrade 10.2.0.5 using patchset?10.2.0.1 is base relase 10.2.0.x is patchest. 10.2.0.5 cover previous patchest errors which mean you do not need install 10.2.0.4 than upgrade it 10.2.0.5

Only developer's have access to iOS 6 now. Thus, if you are a developer you have have access to the developer's forum for iOS 6.

There is a good chance after 3years (A 2TB should be only about 2years tops), the disk or the TC itself is on the way out. Do it immediately. If TM is also failing to backup you need to recognise symtoms of impending doom.
Unfortunately the error messages are archane and it is hard to discover their meaning.
You also cannot verify a network drive.. you can verify the TM sparsebundle though so do that.

Reboot the whole network from off.. certainly if you run later OS it can simply lose the drive..
If you still fail to be able to copy to the TC.. then get that external and copy off it. Tell us if you can do that. -

The passcode you need to enter is the passcode you set on your device. It is the passcode that you enter when you turn on your iPad or awaken it from sleep after and Auto lock.
If you do not know or remember your password and did not store it somewhere then you will have to restore your device.

The next time you attempt to reach Skype Customer Service, try again using a different web browser and choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Do not choose the obvious - you have already established that path is not working. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.
Skype is aware of problems reaching their customer service unit via the website, however people are getting through. I have flagged your report for follow-up by those to whom I report.
