Today I updated my iphone , but when it finished , it can not connect with my SIM card I do not know why?
What is the exact error message? Does it say that there is no SIM, or does it say that the SIM is unsupported or invalid?

Thanks,If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox). A month or two ago Apple had temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes were improved, but that may now have finished. -

Because you brought the phone in America, It will be locked to either the AT&T network, or Verizon. These will ONLY work within the United States, and under no circumstance will they unlock the phone for international use. Unfortunatley, that means you are $500 out of pocket, and have an expensive paperweight to your name. The only way to get an iphone 4 in your country is wait for it to be released, and in the meantime, sell the one you have to someone in America.

There are three possibilities:
1. Your phone is locked to a different carrier and will not work with any SIM card except those from that carrier.
2. Your new card is from a carrier not supported by the iPhone.
3. Your new SIM card is defective.
In order to determine which is the right answer you could try a different sim from the same carrier or try your new card on a different iPhone. Also check to make sure your new carrier is a supported carrier. -

Most likely the phone is locked to a carrier that you haven't tried yet.

I bought my son a 1st generation Ipod touch off of Ebay. We set it back to factory settings and downloaded the newest version of itunes. Whenever he tries to download any apps it says "can not connect to itunes" I have checked the wifi connection and that is working (he can get on safari) and we have the newest version of windows. He was so excited to finally get his first Ipod and now cant do anything with it...please help

Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears)
Go to Settings > Store > Apple ID> Sign out then sign in again.
It seems to work
I still get the message (can not connect to iTunes Store) at some updates. But then I can click ok and it updates anyway. Hopefully this can help others with the same problem as well! -

Please Help, my Iphone will not download my music.
Okay, so I just restored my Iphone and switched over to a new computer. All my music is on this computer and my Iphone 3GS will sync with the itunes, but when I press sync it simply syncs, and then says the sync is complete without downloading any of the music I have put up. I have no idea what is wrong, someone please help. I have not checked off my music to not be downloaded either.
Have you clicked on the Sync music button at the top of the Music tab in iTunes ?
