HT4623 Problem occurred when I updated my iphone 4s (Ios 6.1)
I updated Ios 6.1 , but there is a image on screen that i must connect with itunes which is also connected with computer when i downloaded ,now i cant do any operation with 4s . I can see only the image on it.
And what I should do ?
Check the General -> Restrictions settings and see if perhaps the iTunes app is turned off there. If not, the app may have been inadvertently moved to another home screen or dropped into a folder. Do a search for the app or try resetting the Home screen layout: Choose General > Reset, then tap Reset Home Screen Layout.

It all started after updating my software to iOS 6.0.1. Contact problems, disappearing automatically, and I have to IMPORT SIM everytime when it happens, to bring my contacts back. And this is happening more when I'm using Whatsapp application. Every two hours using Whatsapp, my contact list is dissapearing, I'm seeing only numbers. Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I had tried and restore again and again via itunes and it said the same answers. My donwload was corrupt. I try with manual restore (shift + restore) in itunes and it failed already and the popup window said "my iphone cant restore iphone. Unknown error (14)." For now, my iphone still in recovery mood and the logo connect to i tunes appear when i switch on. I tried use another usb, another computer and another port to restore this but all method was failed. What the problem? Help me.

Try a different dock connector (or no dock).
Add (or remove) a USB hub between your device and computer.
Connect your computer directly to your Internet source, with no routers, hubs, or switches.
If you checked your connections and are still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues.

When I updated my iPhone to IOS 5.0 software, it deleted my apps and I do not know why.
When I downloaded the newest 5.0 IOS software update, it delted my apps for no reason. I do not know how to get them back or why they were deleted in the first place. Please help!! I paid much money for many of my apps and I expect apple to do something about it.
This may be an error caused by the update. You can try to sync your contact information with iCloud and backup the rest of your data and then restore the device and see if it starts to work normally again.

Am Ende hat jetzt doch nur geholfen, dass mir meine Kollegin ihr MacBook geliehen hat - darauf konnte ich mein iPhone wiederherstellen - das seltsame ist nur .- ich hab dann auch gleich mein iPad auf iOS 7 akutalisiert (wo ich den Hilfsrechner schonmal da hab *ggg*) - hab's aber erst mit meinem Windows Vista probiert - DA hat es einwandfrei funktioniert... vielleicht war das Update für's iPad (immerhin knapp 20 MB weniger) grad noch klein genug für meine alte, lahme Windows-Gurke? Oder das MacBook nebendran hat es eingeschüchtert?
Keine Ahnung! Werde mir demnächst ein Apple-PC kaufen - das war eh geplant...

Thanks for the question. If you haven't already done so, you may want to update iTunes to v11.1 (released on Sept 18th). After updating iTunes, you can then update your iPhone 5 to iOS 7.

Yes. Delete the Apps that were not Purchased using Your Apple ID.
