HT4623 The Download and install is missing on my iPad Air IOS 7.1.1
This happened before, customer service helped me, however I do not remember how. A message also says that I do not have enough iCloud storage. The update needs 1.2GB I have an empty iCloud at 5GB. My current IOS is 7.1.1
The update needs storage on your iPad itself not on iCloud.

I have an iphone 4s. I have an alert that there is a software update available to iOS 6. When I got to the settings tab, the "download and install" button is not highlited and I can't click on it. Below that, it says that this update requires a Wi-Fi network connection to download. So I connected my phone to my computer and tried to update throug itunes. When I clicked the update tab on itunes on my laptop, an alert pops up that says I need to be connected to the internet for th update to take place. I am confused because I am connected to the internet, but for some reason the connection is not being recognized when I try to update.
I am using a Gateway laptop and my internet connection is a verizon 4g device that I plug into a USB port. I feel like this should be so simple but have not been able to figure it out even when I called Apple and spoke to a rep...help!In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi. -

No, if you have that picture it means the update went wrong and you need to restore via iTunes.

Reset the phone (no data loss): Press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears. After the phone restarts, try updating again.

I have the iPhone 4S and have received a notice in the "settings" area indicating a "General" Software Update is available concerning fixes of bugs etc. I am sitting right next to my wi-fi network and am still unable to download and install the iOS7.0.2 download. You have a website listed on the window but that appears to be a non existant site and I cannot even communicate my problems to you via that site. What the heck is happening? Why do you send me boggus info to download and then not allow me the opportunity to do so? I never had these types of problems with SAMSUNG!

I am the account owner in charge of purchases but the software will be used by different people - how should I go about downloading and installing on people's computers?
If you need several copies of Acrobat (the license is per user), then you should talk to Adobe Sales about a volume purchase. I am not sure of the details, but probably the best way to go. In that case, I think all are on the same S/N and you pay according to the number of activations or such. Again, I am not sure and you need to talk to Adobe. Adobe is currently pushing the cloud and subscription versions and you might want to discuss the various options with them.

I just got a new mac book air. I want to download and install photoshop cs5 on the new laptop. I already have purchased it and have it installed on my iMac desktop.
I tried moving my copy of PShop CS4 from my old mac book, but got an error code 150:30. So I thought downloading CS5 from adobe would be easier.Transfering will not work due to the way the software is tied in with the machine when it is installed. You need to install it.
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Trouble downloading and installing adobe flash player on Macbook air
When trying to download from Adobe site, it stops mid way for no reason. After cancelling and resuming hundreds of times I get it going again to the end. After that, when I try to run the installation software, I get an error message illegal seek. Does anyone can help me?
You need to close the Safari process, not only the browser window.
If you don't know how to do that, restart your Mac, then run the downloaded installer before doing anything else. -

Daily I have icloud update 4 sent to my Windows 7 Laptop. It fails everytime I attempt to install the update. I was advised to install manually but this fails also.
I thought I'd uninstall icloud then reinstall again but cannot find a way to uninstall and still no solution to the update install.
I have itunes and have no problems with updates.
