HT4623 There is no option to download to the latest iOS software
I go to settings> general and there are no buttons to download the latest version of iOS. I am unable to update or download apps because I need ios5 or higher
That option isn't available until you upgrade to iOS 5 or later:

Tap Settings > General > Software Update
If an update is available there will be an active Update button. If you are current,
then you will see a gray screen with a message saying your are up to date.
b. If you are still using iOS 4 — Updating your device to iOS 5 or later.

This happens when a jalbroken/hacked phone is updated to iOS 6. Your phone is now bricked. You will never get it activated.

When Zeen's battery level goes below 5 %; it tends to Reset to Default where it looses all the connections and sync to the printer or router.
So its very important to make sure that Zeen's battery does not go to low. To avoid this I would suggest to charge Zeen regularly.
You may try the steps below as of now and check the results.
We need to Factory Reset the Zeen making sure it is connected (Docked) on the C510a printer.
Once it is docked try the steps below:-

Open the above link; and then perform the Factory Reset as shown in Solution Two.

I understand you are having issues with a few tracks in iTunes. The best troubleshooting step may be to delete the song from your library, and re-download using iTunes in the Cloud (if available in your country).

My kids added a bunch of apps we do not need. When i go to puchased apps, there is no option to delete, just the option download from the cloud.
You can't. Items on the "cloud" are just a visual representation of your purchase history. You can never delete them, as Apple uses this list to determine what Apps you have access to for free should you ever need to re-download them.
You can hide Apps from that list trough iTunes on a computer though.

However, Apps do not take up space in your iCloud so no real need to delete them. -
There was an option, provided by itunes, while updating ios, saying 'download and update', 'download only', 'cancel'. I accidentaly checked 'don't show this message again'. and now i want to change my preference. How to get it back please?

I contacted Itunes and they told me to go to my account and re-download the songs. I opened my account and found the recent purchases, but they are not recent, there are 250 songs in that list, how come? And ITunes didn't give me an option to download only the ones I am missing. I don't want to download 250 duplicate songs.
The Itunes updates are worst each time, BTW, Just starting to get sick and tired of Mac and Apple and Itunes and all this complicated stuff because of your paranoia of people "stealing" songs, but in fact, who is going to download songs ilegally is going to do it anyway, So all you are doing is to make it difficult for honest people who actually buy the songs and can't have them. I'm not sure how the Purchased Playlist decides what to put into it, but if you want to see all of your purchased items, then you need to go to the iTunes Store, and on the right side, under Quick Links, click on Purchased.
Then, click on the Music (or whatever other purchased items tab you want to look at). If you are looking at Music, click on All Songs, and then on "All" or "Not on this Computer" (depending on what you want to see).

You can download all the reports in the same dashboard at a time.
1.Add a text to the dashboard at the end of the dashboard.
If you want download in a PDF format then Add this code to Text

in the previous version of Number, the menu table in table options, there is an option that gives me the option: the Return key moves to next cell. I do not see this option in the new number. can you help me please?

If you use a regular pattern when entering values, press enter (return) after entering the last value in a row. That will take you to the first Body Cell of the next row.
Start in Cell B2
1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Enter
4 Tab 5 Tab 6 Enter
7 Tab 8 Tab 9 Enter
Now you are ready to type into B5 .
Another way that some people find easier is to enter one column at a time
Start at B2
1 enter
4 enter
7 enter
etc.
Now start with C2.
Use whatever suits your work flow.

How do I download an app I previously had on an older device, not utilizing my cloud or itunes backup. I want to download the app as new as if I had never had it before. When I go to the app store, it only gives me the option of downloading from the cloud with the cloud icon?
When you download something from the iCloud, it is a brand new licensed copy. Your iCloud account just contains a notation that you have this app. It isn't storing an actual copy of the app from your Mac.

If you have older versions of excel and word that previously ran under the Rosetta emulator (allows PowerPC code to run on Intel system), they will no longer work with Lion.

I have my iPhone 4s backed up on my mac but it seems it was encrypted with a password which i do not remember is there any other option to retrieve to the backup without restoring the device as a new one. Also I do not have access to a windows system.

Since I starting using my MacMini (2011 version) I have not been able to print double sided from my HP Photosmart plus - there is no option for this in the Printer dialog box as there was in the similar dialog box on my PC. How do I set up this option?
1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now?
