HT4623 trying to install the app SONO FLEX on my ipad and it keeps telling me to contact customer service
I am trying to install Sono Flex on my ipad but it is not allowing me to install it.

I am trying to install the OS Mavericks upgrade on my MAC and it requests for me to enter an administrator password. I do not use an an administrator password on the machine. Any ideas how to resolve this?
If you bought the machine new yourself, and did not enter a password when configuring it, leave the field blank.

I am trying to install the new OS on my new iPad 2, but it keeps saying "Network Connection Timed Out". I had no problems updating my iPhone through the same computer system though. Any ideas?

After you have downloaded the update, attach your iPad to your computer, open iTunes and select your iPad in the devices list. Press & hold the Option/Alt key and click the Check for Update button. Browse to where you downloaded the update and Choose it. iTunes will handle the rest. -
I installed the new 7.0 on my ipad and now I cannot get my internet connection to work. Any ideas, I have already tried rebooting but no luck. Another useless apple update that doesnt work?
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again.
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. -

I tried to install the latest update on my iPhone 4s and now it seems to be frozen with an apple icon and a loading bar on the screen. I've tried turning it off, plugging it in to the wall outlet, plugging it into my computer. Nothing works. Any ideas?
connect it with the computer and let it finish or restart the process it takes a very long time

Syncing between iOS devices should work automatically once you enable it for each app in its Settings. Syncing between iDevices and your desktop, at this time, is more comlicated.

I have just tried to instal the latest version of itunes. It failed and I got a message saying ' An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly' I completely uninstalled itunes and tried to install an earlier version and got the same message. Have been trying to login to facetime, first time since upgrading, and it keeps telling me there is a problem connecting. Wifi is working fine. Reset network settings and also rebooted. What else can I try, please?
