HT4623 update won't go past Terms and Condition Screen, I clicked agree

I cannot complete update. When I get to Terms and Conditions screen, I click agree, then a window pops up asking if I agree, I click agree, but then it goes straight back to "terms and Conditions" page.

Try doing a hard reset by holding both buttons (as in, the only buttons the iPod Touch has) until the screen goes black and the apple logo appears. I had the same problem and by doing a hard reset I was able to get past the screen with no difficulty.

I just overcame the problem. I turned the phone off then back on. I was taken through several steps again. This time the install acted appropriately. We are now up and running!

I have iOS 8.0 (12A365) on my iPhone 5c. The phone has 32 GB, 16 GB available.
Tried to update to iOS 8.0.2 over the network, but after touching "Agree" on the pop-up from the Terms and Conditions screen, the Settings app froze. The screen did not close, and everything on it became un-responsive. The home button still worked, and other apps still worked, but I had to reboot the phone to get back to a usable Settings app. I'll try updating via iTunes next. Meanwhile, has anyone else had this problem?

Try to reset the device:
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)

completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good! That's what i did so should work for you too

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

If you are seeing the Ts & Cs link in the Downloads tab in the iTunes app then that just means that you don't have any ongoing/queued downloads - your film has finished downloading and should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :
