HT4623 updated ipad using itunes.  Now I cant connect to the iTunes Store how do I fix this?

I updated my iPad using the iTunes Store on my PC.  Now I cna't access the iTunes Store.  I can only connect to iTunes Radio.  How do I fix this?

Do you have the search bar on the upper right hand side of the iTunes Store App screen?  If you do, tap it and see if you can search for anything........
