while the wifi is working normally, and i updated my ipod and it worked normally.
I think i have a problem with my iphone..

Something temporarily wrong with your internet connection?
Be aware that this is a very large file to download, it needs a strong consistent internet connection.
Have the iPhone on the charger cable too.
In the meantime read the threads in this forum about the visibility item and some other possible issues on the 4 and 4S (although a large number of people have these issues, it is still a minor percentage, but anyhow, be aware).

Is your friends phone jailbroke? Also are you using the facebook app? If so then you need to ask the developer of the app what the problem is.

Kindly be noted i have iphone 4 updated with the new IOS6 and before few days when i want to make update it gaves me an error message says that i need to changey i tunes account from the indian to the kuwaiti account and one more time it gave me a message that i need to change my account from the philippine store to the kuwaiti store but from the other hand i already registerred to the kuwaiti store and i dont have sydia or what u call jail break and my phone is up to date with any updates from the itunes store so could you please help me because i need to update the application and i cannot .. All you can do is re-use on of the accounts previously created on your device, or create an account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X 10.7.2 or later), if you have one.

i have a problem when i try to update or install apps in my ipad, and a message come up says "can not connect to Itunes Store", anyone know why? please advise. however i had update all my detail of payment method.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Power cycle the router.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved. -
I have some updates due on some Apps I have downloaded but when I try to update I get a message saying that my account is not in the UK store so must switch to Ireland before purchasing. Does anybody know how you change stores? I did not do this deliberately!

When I try to turn on iMessage, it tells me that "an error occurred while trying to turn on iMessage."
It's not a huge deal, but people with iPhones can't text me back unless they try to re-send after finding out that their message wasn't delivered.

I came home and loaded my backup onto the new phone. Everything EXCEPT iMessage seems to be working great.

my ipad 3 is stuck in the "connect to itunes" mode. whether i restart or try to restore. when i try to restore itunes gives an error message saying an unknown error occurred (-1). any help.

Since you seem to have tried mostly everything, apart from exchanging the motherboard, I'd say you have at least one option left, and that's to reinstall Windows from the recovery partition / recovery discs. That might solve the problem, if this is due to a software-error. General updates etc. might not work to fix such problems, but a clean install should.
If that doesn't help, I'd say the problem is somewhere either with the CPU or the motherboard, maybe bad connections or some sort of malfunction that prevents the computer from coming out of the 100% CPU usage.

Every time I try to purchase a song from itunes, it says I have to put in security questions and answer them, which it's never done before. Then after I do the questions, it says that an error occurred and my changes couldn't be saved. It has been doing this for weeks, and I can't purchase anything! HELP!
Hi mterry1723, one solution that might be worth trying is this:
- Close iTunes, if it's open
- Open Safari and got to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Security' on the top
- Untick all the security options in the menu
- Click the 'Show Cookies' button and look for all the 'apple' entries in the left-hand column.
- Highlight them (select them collectively) and press 'Remove'
- Now open iTunes and buy the song as usual.
- You may be asked to do the same security process as before, so do as asked.
- Hopefully, the security check will now have accepted your answers and start downloading the song as normal.
Remember to re-tick all the required security options you had just un-ticked in Safari preferences. You don't need to bother about opening the cookies again.
I hope this has worked for you and my profoundest apologies if it has not. Worth a go, though!

Thanks Don-yes i'm using the correct apple id and yes I've plugged the phone into the computer-that's the problem, my computer doesn't recognise my phone anymore altho it comes up in iTunes library it won't sync anymore

I have installed CS5 on a macbook pro 10.9.4. I am unable to get the updater to run to update applications to most current version. It tells me there was an error trying to download the update and to try again later.
Getting used to changes in the finder. I finally did see the Adobe Patch installer and am able to update applications individually. Should be able to attend to the main apps I use w/o further difficulty. Thnx for the help.

After updating to FF4 I've lost my toolbar (file, edit, etc).
