To be clear, you can see the image from your file system but cannot access it from code?
I'd like to know what could be my bug because I don't understand why I can access from the URL,
-> If you can access the image from URL, you should definitely download it and use it, I'm not quite understand your question now.
I'm not knowledgeable with chmod under Linux, let's say if we give it full accessibility, what will be the result?
Anyway if you can see the image from file system, that already means the upload is succeed, I think you may need get some suggestion from php side to see how can we save the image with a correct permission.
I will move the question to off topic, since the question is on the server side but not client side, which is out of the forum support scope, thanks for your understanding.

When i get a new iphone i loose some cantacts, because you cant save them to the sim card from the iphone, and iknow you can do it throught the computer save them there, but what happens if the computer breaks? I think this should be a feature added to the new update for all iphones.

Becasue this is not a feature of the iphone.
A phone is not the place for all of you info to reside. It should all reside on your computer where you have a complete and regular backup.
The iphone simply allows it to be portable.

No.
You can sync contacts over the air, if you like. I use icloud. All contact I input on my iphone are immediately transferred to icloud and to my computer. I backup my computer regularly. Very simple.

I'm not sure what you mean. You can't use any cellphone without a SIM (except for CDMA phones which don't use SIMs at all). What is your exact situation? Do you mean that you have been using your iPhone as an iPod and now after the update it's requiring activation? If that's what you mean, then you will need a valid SIM, for the cell carrier your iPhone is locked to if it is locked, so you can re-activate the iPhone. You don't need active service with the carrier, though.
If that's not what you mean, please post back and explain further.

Tried the hard reboot earlier today. Just tried the airplane/DoNotDisturb combo. That did work. I was able to reconnect to my wi-fi. Now 2nd problem. My wife can not send imessage to me. I thought it was because I was not connected to wi-fi. She has iphone 4(not on ios7). I have iphone5(ios7.0.3). When selecting my phone# to txt to me, it shows as "green", not "blue" which would send as imessage instead of SMS. I have a work phone which has SMS texting turned off due to company policy. I can send her txt message. He txt returns as "undelivered".
I also tested the imessage by sending a txt to my apple ID. That seemed to work. So, I don't understand why txt to my phone # do not work but txt to my apple ID is working. Any thoughts on this?

6. Reinstall the affected application
Remove the application from your device and reinstall it.
Touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle.
Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete.
Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store.
Search for the application and then download it again.

Help! why can't i sync my entire photo album onto my phone?

I used to sync my entire photos in iphoto onto my iphone 3. Now that i have changed to iphone 4, it can only sync some of my photos.
IT says, ' It says: "Some of your photos, including the photo “DSC04441.JPG”, were not copied to the iPhone “adeleheng’s iPhone” because they cannot be displayed on your iPhone.''

I had this same problem and was able to resolve it using the following steps. I don't know if you need to do all of them, but this is what I did that works. I have Windows 7 (64 bit) and an iPhone 4. I hope that these work for you!
(1) Disconnent iPhone from computer
(2) In the Sync options in iTunes uncheck sync photos
(3) Close iTunes
(4) Go to your file manager (for Windows it is Windows Explorer) and go to all of the folders where you have tried to sync photos from. There will be iPhone (or i something) Cache. Delete these folders. All of them that you can find.
(5) Re-launch iTunes and connect your iPhone
(6) In iTunes go to the Sync options and reselect photos (or the specific folders)
(7) Click "Apply"
(8) When it asks if you want to remove all of the photos that are currently on your phone (it won't touch your camera roll) say yes
(9) Resync and all photos should be there

The original iPad does not have the memory and processing power to run more recent version of the iOS. 5.1.1 is the latest it can run.

Why are my pictures in the "All Photos" Album out of order?

Within Albums there is an "All Photos" folder but some of the photos are out of order. How is this "All Photos" album different to the "Photos" view (which is in the correct order) and why are they not the same?

Thanks, that's a helpfuland explanation of the difference and makes sense as all my photos are actually in an album (which was an event in the previous version).
However it doesn't explain why the order in "all photos" is different. It is not in the order that the albums are arranged, and odd photos seem randomly scattered about separated from other photos from the same album.
On a separate note It's also a shame as there is no way of arranging the albums chronologically (which you could do with events)

Microphone doesn't work for the phone app, but does for skype/heytell.

So, my iphone4 randomly decided it would stop using the microphone when I made calls. I've tried using headsets/speaker mode but that doesnt change the fact the mic makes a single click sound and then I cannot be heard. I've installed the latest firmware (4.3.3) and I've done a full factory restore/resync. Nothing works. It's bizarre that this only happens with the actual phone app though, as I can make calls with skype or be heard on heytell just fine and perfectly clearly. In fact, any app that uses the mic works, except for the phone app....

Yes, I also have this problem. From 14th May till now my iPhone rejects my voice in Phone calls and this Apple device switch off all phone functionality like as international support - it's reject everything from customer :-(
I tried make factory reset, it's helps to make 1-2 calls but no more!
After full restore iOS software decide to disable microphone in Phone app!
