HT4623 wifi not switching on after resore and is light grey?
hi all hope someone maybe able to help have reset iphone 4s to factory settings and now cant get wifi t switch on and is light grey
If the phone has got basic issues like WiFi not working, is APPLE not responsible to get it fixed? I am surprised that a company like APPLE cannot resolve this issue. Is this the quality of iPhone? I am sad to the core that I am facing the same issue. I hope someone from APPLE management reads this and resolves our issues soon.

CS5.5 and OSX 10.9.4: Most applications will not launch even after uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Suite 5.5. After my 2011 MacBook Pro 17 died, I had to purchase a new MacBook Pro 15 to replace it. Why did carefully over heating my 4s restore the wifi function? This, after 2 months of mysteriously grey out wifi buttons, loads of time trying to resolve issue with apple tech only to be told I must pay $199 to repair the problem. I'm disillusioned now

Also, make a backup to iTunes of the device. Then restore it as a new device. If you still have wi-fi greyed out, then contact Apple again, and explain that you believe you have a hardware issue. They may still ask for a $19 deposit, but if it is actually hardware related, then you won't be charged the $19. Only if it is software related do you get charged that $19. -
Been using an Avastor HDX-800 for storage and backup, also a SUPERDISK for smaller stuff; recently the SUPERDISK does not appear on the screen, and the light blinks while you hear it spin, also the Avastor has started to have the same problem, both USB conncected, both worked well before, but both now spinning, blinking, and not showing up on the screen as before,
Interestingly they both appear in the System Profiler, but just not working the same as before
I have tried other USB ports, but the same responce,yes I did reset the PRAM, but no benefit, still the same problem

Dear Sir/Madam Since the wifi is not coming ON how can I open this diagnostic on the iphone 4S am using and having problem with wifi behaving in erratic manner.
Am a professional engineer for projects and am 68 yrs old. At one time was looking after a production line manufacturing I C's in semiconductors manufacturing company of the US.
Have four apple products, one hp laptop and one DELL professional computer at home is used by only two members me and my wife.
Wife prefers working on ipad2 or ipad mini while traveling and has iphone 4. Am using iphone4S with laptop and Dell computer, No apple product is more than two years old.
Am having the problem in using wifi on the 4S after it was upgraded to the latest ios as per the recommendation by your software of my iphone 4S
The wifi card hangs up at it's own will and even a visit to your authorized service center in Delhi has not able to help me although they have reverted the ios back to the
one supplied with the set. Am a user and not a computer expert but it looks like the wifi card is not able to some times take the load while working which could indicate the wifi card is getting heated up.
My daughter who is Masters in 3D Animation is an ardent fan of apple products working at present in Canada was also gifted by me a 4S about 4 months back. My daughter-in-law is using iphone4 and an ipad for her professional works along with a Dell PC in the US. While my son is a fan of samsung products and does not like an apple product.
So in a family we have 7 apple products except MAC laptop/PC.
But the fact is, this problem with 4S has really shaken me up and now it seems your products are deteriorating in quality while demanding the best pricing structures.
Since this is purely the device and the software of apple problem you may please replace this set with new one as neither have any time to push you/ request you after your service centre
in Delhi told me yesterday this cannot be repaired.
The serial No of my set is DN*****TC0 and was bought from an authorized dealer and so were the other products from the same dealer in Delhi. This set is still in showroom condition and
was never used without a protective cover.

I did a hard reset the phone, when he was switched on.
He switch off. Now it cannot be switched on.
What would break? Hardware or Software?

If the phone doesnt switch on after the hard reset, try to connect the device to Zune and see if it makes a difference. If not, itll be best to visit a local care centre where the phone can be checked. COPA document not generated though after billing and accounting generations
I have an issue with one instant.
For some reason COPA document is not generated even though billing and accounting document were created. Found no errors in simulation using KE4ST. The billing item details has all the PA segment characteristics.
COPA documents were created for entries made befor and after this particular one.
Also we have COPA documents for the product with the same customer and different customers.
Our system is 'SAP ERP Central Component 5.0'Thanks Ajay for the quick response.
Cost element category is correctly maintained.
Condition types are mapped.
COPA is in use for more than 4 years.
Able to simulate COPA document for the Billing document without errors.
We do have COPA documents created before and after this particular transaction.
As you said raising OSS message with SAP.

Thanks darren i called apple and they did me a reboot and update. luckily i have my phone backed up ti itunes so when it actually started to work, it was just a matter of time taken to restore it. Thanks .. hope you dont have the same probs with ios7 that i have had.

Mobile data doesn't switch on automatically when wifi is switched off after 5.1.1 upgrade
after upfating to 5.1.1 if i disable the wifi, mobile data doesn't switch on it doesn't happen everytime but most of the time. on previous updates it was fine. Here is a video of the problem

B110a colour cartridges not working even after buying and installing new ones!!!!
i have just got the B110a and have a persistent problem with the colour cartridges not aligning. Despite numerous head cleanings and putting brand new cartridges in i still don't get any colour...........so far to try and resolve the problem i have done the following
With the 'set-up' colour inks
switched off and unplugged printer and laptop, powered everything up and tried again
done numerous printhead cleans

I'm at a loss, and pretty fed up wish my trusty old Dell printer worked with the new laptop.......A new phone has a warranty. So take it to an Apple store. If they can't fix it, they will replace the phone. Or do you mean: it stopped working after 9 days, but then you waited until the warranty ran out and then ask us?
