iMessage is entirely separate from iCloud. You can't see your messages on iCloud.

"Current browser"? When viewing anything, or just when using an APEX app?
Ans .. Just when using apex app....even if the apex app is minimised ..The current browser will be the one where I am using apex app...
What i am looking for some scheduler .. to check ..in the table every 5 minute for change if there is a change..then a popup alert be shown...
Split it into [at least] 2 components, database and browser. I'd expect someone calling themself a "DBA Architect" to have some ideas about the database side of things, even if not clued up on JavaScript and AJAX?
I dont think its a database isssue... When i say to check every 5 minutes ..it could be easily done via dbms_scheduler ...I am having issue in getting the popup alert message...
in apex... Dont know wether there is a plugin like modal window(available from skill builder) which shall help in this scenario,.Or might be have to use java scripting and ajax ..
and if it is that (Java scripting and Ajax) .....then shall have to be familiar with java scripting and Ajax...and this shall be a bit time consuming..

The same is happening for me. Today I decided to reboot my PC because it was acting up a bit, go figure, and then for some reason at the same time the PC was restarting my macbook froze. I had to do a reboot with the restart button but then all that came up was a gray background and in the middle of the screen was a darker gray folder with a white question mark in the middle of it, blinking. I can't imagine why the restart would've affected my macbook. After finding information on how to fix this, I tried all of the steps that were given about using the mac OS X disk to use the first aid utility to fix it. When using the Disk Utility option whenever I select my hardrive and am in the First Aid tab, the only button I can use is the Verify Disk Permissions. The other three buttons, and namely the most important Repair Disk button, is/are not selectable (grayed out). I then tried resetting the PRAM the way they also said with the command + option + P + R and waited for the second startup sound. After that I gave the Disk Utility a second try, but still nothing. And now if I try to just reinstall the OS completely I can't even select a destination volume on the third step (Select Destination). Apparently this means i'm SOL.

I am running Windows 7 64Bit system and everything was working normal. However, I am now getting an error message stating objc.dll is missing. I've re-installed Itunes but to no avail. How can I get this error message corrected?

B/up via iTunes goes to computer even thought I tick icloud. How can i get a b/up to icloud (on iPhone needs a wif-fi connection)

When I b/up via iTunes the b/up automatically goes to my computer. However, it would be more sensible to b/up to icloud so even if my computer crashes i can still retrieve the iPhone b/up. Ticking the icloud option makes no difference. I can't do it on the iPhone as I lack a wi-fi connection so "Back Up Now" is greyed out.

yes, sberman ...quite agree and keep a up to date b/up on a portable h/d ...however if computer is down and i'm in the bush then that backup can't be accessed however a phone can still operate.

You can't, if the photos are in photostream you need a compatible device, if they are in a backup, you can only use the backup to restore to a new device.

How do I get my email messages to open with just one tap? On my newer Macbook I just click once on the Mail app and my messages open automatically but on the Powerbook it takes two clicks. Can this be fixed to just one click? I've gone into preferences but can't seem to change it.

Thanks, I was wanting to just click once on a message and have it open right away and then be able to quickly go through my messages. I found the solution from another helpful Mac user. You just move the separator bar that divides your messages from the view pane and move it up and it works like a charm.

I was sending a text and then the screen went blank with the white apple. I turned my iphone back on and all my texts and contacts were gone. How can i get my text messages back?

My friend was sending a text with a pic as an attachment and then suddenly, she got a blank screen with the white apple logo and it then shut off. When she turned it back on, she discovered all her texts and her contacts were missing. How can she get them back? She's got a iOS 4.3.5 with a 16GB iPhone 4.

Connect to the computer she regularly syncs to, right click on the iPhone's name in iTunes, and choose "restore from backup".
