Welcome to the Apple Community.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.

I've got a problem trying to do that in J2ME MIDP:
'I have different class extending Midlet that I want to display one after the other. The change may be done when I click the '*' button of my cell phone'
For the moment I've created a main class that extend Canvas and which contain a vector of objects extending Midlet.
I'm able to change the objet which I want to display, but not to display it....
Is it possible to do that?
Do you have any idea of how to deal with that?

I need an interaction between a Midlet class and a Canvas class.
In fact I have several forms, and I need to allow my Canvas class to change the form displayed when a button is pressed.
But If I have a form in a Midlet , I can display it but can't catch the click on a button.
And if my Canvas is displayed I don't know how to display the form I want to.
So is it possible to do that... and if so, how?

If you mean for iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

Please follow these steps in order to change your iCloud ID.
(Please note that @mac.com, @me.com and @icloud.com email addresses as primary iCloud ID could not be changed.)
Start with signing out of iCloud on all your devices - iPhones, iPads, Mac etc. - (iOS: "Settings > iCloud", Mac: "System Preferences > iCloud") and delete your iCloud account from this devices (+ turn off Find My iPhone, but I guess it will ask you that anyway).
After that go to http://appleid.apple.com sign in with your current iCloud ID and now change your Apple ID (iCloud ID) to your new email address.
Finally, set up your iCloud account on all your devices again.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your primary mac.com or me.com email address for iCloud (See also Apple's FAQ: @mac.com and @me.com Apple IDs cannot be renamed), but you could stop using this account and create a new one.
Another option would be to create up to three email alises for your current primary email address.
Try this to create a new alias for your me.com address:
Open the web interface of iCloud "www.icloud.com" with Safari
Log in
Open "Mail"
Open "Preferences" (by clicking on the little button in the upper right corner)
Go to "Accounts"
Click on "Add an alias" (it would be another me.com address, you can not create new mac.com addresses since MobileMe was launched)

You could set up two different accounts. One for iCloud services like Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes etc. (Settings > iCloud) for your personal stuff and one for store purchases like Music, Apps etc. (Settings > iTunes & App Stores) e.g. your mom's Apple ID.

Thank you for the help. Every app on my phone was downloaded using my old I-tunes ID. I just hope that they will re-download under my new ID because I still can't change it on my phone. In order to change to the new ID it says I have to sign out from the old ID and change to the new one. My problem is that I don't remember my password to be able to sign out from my old ID. Then the phone says it can change my password through e-mail and I agree but I never get an e-mail at my old address or the new one.
