my iphone is lost today, so i would like to ask how to delete all my information through iCloud or lock my iphone.
Please reply me as soon as possible.

If you had "Find My iPhone" enabled in Settings > iCloud then you may be able to locate it, lock it, or erase it. If not, you cannot. If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. If it is accessible you will have the options to make a sound, lock it or erase it. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPhone" has not been disabled on it. Note: Disabling "Find My iPhone" is much more difficult in iOS 7.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

If your country code does not appear in the list…
Go to System Preferences > iCloud > Keychain and enter your Apple ID password (Settings > iCloud > Keychain, from a mobile device)
Select the ‘Create Different Code’ option. (Mobile devices only)
Select the advanced option and choose whether to create a random code or no code, selecting the later allows syncing across devices but not with Apple’s servers.

You can't. It doesn't have an option that allows you to not have a copy of the data on your Mac. You can make the suggestion to Apple at https://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html

Have you run side-by-side metrics on this?
I've run the Delete Object method and your script against similar data sets and yours appears to take a fair bit longer. I'd have to re-run in identical circumstances, a few times, to really say for sure, but my initial impression is that it will take hours
longer.
I guess the point is somewhat moot anyway, as for me the bit that generally takes longest is the actual query, rather than the deletions.
Boy how I wish I could just enter something into the FIM Portal directly that would blast out a bunch of users matching a query. One day...

What different Apple ID? Yours? Your friends? Your dogs... ? I think we are going to need more information. You're probably best setting up the phone as a new phone and restoring from iCloud later on.
