i ha ve an Icloud backup message frozen on myphone how do I get rid of it?

Reset your phone by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release. After it restarts you will be able to use it again.

I have an iCloud message coming up on my iPad screen. It is blocking me from using my iPad!

The message says...iCloud backup, this iPad hasn't been backed up in 4 weeks. Backups happen when the iPad is plugged in, locked and connected to wifi.
I don't know wether doing that will make the sign go away and allow me to use my iPad, but I don't know what it means by plugged in, does that just mean put on charge? As I have done that.
When I click cancel on the message it won't cancel and won't allow to press anything on my iPad home page, is there a way to restart the iPad?

To reboot the ipad, press the home and power buttons together and keep pressing until the device shuts down.
Then power up again.
By "iPad is plugged in" they mean to do a backup you must have it plugged into a power source - but that's not true, if the device has enough battery power remaining.

TS3992 please help. i have an icloud message saying that this ipad has not been backed up. I hit ok nad nothing happens. the entire ipad is not usable as i cant get rid of this message. cannto enter settings or any other programme. what to do!

my ipad has a message on it that says my icloud backup is not happening and i cant use the ipad as everything is frozen. clicking on the ok buttom does nothing!
the ipad is locked, wifi is on it is plugged in -
i cannot switch it off either- the power button will not switch off either

I have an icloud message that i can't get rid of.

I have an iphone 4, today a message popped up saying that I have not backed up my phone in 4 weeks. The message is now stuck on the front of my phone and I can't get into my phone to use it or back it up.
I still receive e-mails and messages - just can't read them
I am not able to turn my phone off by holding the top button. The message on the screen seems to be interferring with that.
Any suggestions?

Please can someone explain how to configure my messages to delete from my Samsung laptop, and at the same time have them disappear from my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and my Samsung Galaxy 111 Phone. I am using Windows 7 64 Bit and can't keep up with the huge amount of emails I get on a daily basis. I know that I need imap instead of pop3 but there has to be an easier way to solve this. There is no "adding" a device. Simply plug the iDevice into the computer. iTunes should automatically detect the device when it is connected.
iTunes can sync/manage as many iDevices as you want... there is no 1 device limit.

TS4036 I cannot close the iCloud message and access my phone

I found the answer on another post...thank you!!
Reboot the iPhone by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
You should be able to navigate again after the iPhone fully boots up again.

I want to delete the new account and restore the original but am worried about losing data. What should I do?

You can log into both accounts on the Mac and copy your data to your old account. Do you use photostream and document syncing.

How do i have seperate icloud but same itunes

I want to have seperate Icloud accounts on the different phones so each family member can save stuff like contact info in Icloud. At the same time I need to be able for all 3 phones to share the same Itunes account for content that has been paid for. I have made a seperate Apple ID for the other accounts but can not figure out how to set it up so one ID is for Icloud and a different ID is for Itunes. I was told this is possible from an employee at the apple store.

Just use the seperate ID's at settings > iCloud/messages/FaceTime and enter the joint ID in settings > iTunes & App Stores.

Connect 3GS to computer and backup through iTunes to your computer.
Connect 5c to computer and restore from the backup you just made.

I've just got a new iphone and passed my old iphone to my husband and even though I reset the settings and chnaged the icloud account on the phone he still recieves my icloud messages on my old phone...any ideas?

Settings > messages > Apple ID > sign out, on the old phone.
