Have synced iphone 4s but it is still not activated what can i do
Tried for 5 hours to activate iphone 4s (att) wirelessly with no luck. Connected to itunes and synced it just fine. Phone is still not activated. What can I do?
Call ATT and have them make sure the ICCID and IMEI numbers from the phone are correctly on your account. These appear on the sticker on the back of the phone's box.
I had problems all day, and ended up making a genius bar appointment. They quickly came to the conclusion that my phone was defective and handed me a new one.

I have a windows 8 computer and I installed the newest version of itunes because I used to have an ipod and I have a few purchases that I wanted to listen to. When I try to play them it says it's playing but I can't hear anything. It does not even says it's played the whole way. It just stays at the beginning. It won't let me pause. I checked my computer sound and there is nothing wrong with it. So there must be some software problem but idk what it is. If anyone can help I would appreciated. Thank-you

It sounds like there is an issue burning CD's in iTunes. Is the playback issue only occurring on a specific device and does the disc show up correctly in iTunes? in the previous Mozilla version i used to leave some web sites opened and when i start working again my Mozilla showed the web pages i was working with in that occasion, i have looked in the options menu but there is no way, perhaps it was an add-on and now it is removed??? i would like to have this advantage again in my Mozilla could it be possible?? thx!
Your webpages/tabs are still there. When you start firefox again, there is a "Restore Previous Session" icon below. If you click that, it will open up all your tabs again.

I have the same problem as describte above. After installing IOS 8.1 on my iphone 5 my front camera does not work any more. By starting the camera app I only see a fuzzy screen - switch to the back camera works but by switching back to the front camera the app freezes.
I tried:
- switch off/on the device
- hardware reset the device
- clean (remove all data) and install the 8.1 IOS again
- try to get back to the last version of IOS 7 (but this does not work)
What can I do? Iam sure it worked before. -

Contact Apple customer support, they may be able to tell you who the device is locked to.

Apple Mobile Device Service (AMDS) won't install with iTunes,either V10.7 or V11. The service can't be started b/c the software is not there. Windows 7 with latest service pack. V11 iTunes installs fine, iPod found, no iPhone 5 b/c no AMDS. Error "insufficient premissions to install AMDS" Tried numerous uninstall / reinstall combinations, installed iTunes as administrator, etc. Somethings not right. What the Heck ?
