I can log into my apple account, but i can not login to i cloud

- For the other problem you can try a reset. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch:  Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- The next standard thing to do is to download/install a new app but you cant 'do that.
- Instead, try restoring from backup.

    You'll need to change/remove your rescue email address first :
       1.    Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
        2.    Click "Manage your account"
        3.    When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
        4.    Click Password & Security
        5.    You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
        6.    After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
        7.    Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.

  • HT1918 how do you change payment info when there is a pendent payment and you have a new card issued in a new country and the system will not let you do it?

    Can any one help me, I want to change my credit card info. The system will not let me do it, as I have an open purchase and credit cards from one country A and need to change it to creditcard from country B and the system does not allow for it. Any suggestion?

    Is it giving you a certain prompt when you try to sign in?
    -It could be a password issue iforgot.apple.com
    -Also make sure you're signing in with your AppleID/password, your apple id will be your email address that is associated with your apple id

    the itunes will not allow me to change my credit card number it takes the acct #, the date but the four numbers on my american express are frozen.

    I am stuck with a similar problem. I moved from Ireland to the UK but for some reason, iTunes would not let me change the country in my payment information, it remains Ireland. I do not have any credit to spend and I still cannot change it. I even set up a new iTunes account and the country still remains uncangable. Hence, I cannot add the details of my UK card as iTunes believes it is set in Ireland. Have you managed to solve your problem?

    Yes and this time do a Erase Content and All Settings in
    Settings > General > Reset > Erase...
    and configure iPhone as your own and not using somebody's Apple ID & password.

    I don't have a credit card, or a gift card; an when I go to download an app I log into my account; but it wont 'Fully' log me in until I press 'review', then it does the whole "Your credit card number is a required field". Thus resulting in me not being able to download my desired app, even though my account is verified on the sight ect. But even still, when I go to save my "billing" information on the sight, my "Credit card number" is STILL a required field..! I don't have a credit card..! So how can I download apps without a credit card..?

    Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

    Since you mention firefox I assume you're trying to login to the website. Can you try logging in at https://www.adoberevel.com -- we recently discovered an issue with our certificate that prevents a redirect from "https://adoberevel.com" to the "www" version, and would lead to a certificate warning like you're describing.  If you're still seeing a certificate issue at "https://www.adoberevel.com", can you let us know what OS you're on and make sure that you've installed the latest OS updates.  While unlikely, this could indicate something malicious, so definitely don't log in unless the warning goes away -- if it's still there we'll want to get some additional details for our security team.

    Did you look through all of the suggestions in the troubleshooting article tht led you to this forum?
    When you said you reset the network does that mean your home network or network settings? If you didn't reset your router, try that next. Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds.
    Did you check Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On?
